The Vent Doctors

After having dryer the dryer works more efficiently.   Inspection of a/c vents showed very little dirt & no follow up was needed.

Travis was exceptional and creative on an atypical dryer vent cleaning.  We remodeled our laundry room and have a stacked washer and dryer.  They also sit on a custom pan that is anchored to the wall to prevent movement during the spin cycle of the washer.  We also have custom cabinetry built around the W/D with a removable panel to access the hookups. However, we did not want to unstack the dryer - which is the only way to get to the vent and remove the panel on the cabinetry. When I called Travis to discuss our situation I expected him to say it couldn't be done or there would be extra charges.  Instead he talked through different ways he could clean the dryer vent from the outside of the house.  He arrived and assessed the situation and although he hadn't cleaned a vent exactly like ours he had a great attitude and was very professional. Not only was our dryer vent difficult, but when we had the laundry room remodeled, we re-routed the vent so the run would be shorter.  However, it now sits about 8 feet high on the exterior of the home.  Travis was able to still use the preferred method to clean the dryer vent that included using the vent brush and suction (vs. blowing air).  He had to clean our vent using a ladder, a high tech shop vac, and a contraption to clean it the opposite way.  He did all of this without any extra charges, and with a happy disposition.  I'd highly recommend this company for any of your vent cleaning needs. Travis is terrific and we really appreciated him going the extra mile so we didn't have to disassemble anything in our laundry room.

We called and luckily he was already in Grove City so he said he'd be here in 20 minutes. Traffic was a bit heavy and he called to say he'd be a little late due to traffic. He arrived, checked the vent with a camera and gave us a price. He had all the equipment needed for the job. He climbed the ladder to the second floor vent and removed a few bird's nests. He not only replaced the vent cover he also attached a bird guard cage we had purchased previously.

Called and was able to schedule quickly.  Showed up professionally dressed and personable.  Cleaned the dryer vent, dryer and area around.  There were no leftover messes and everything was back together perfectly.  He even showed me the before and after pictures.
