Just hired - but good so far.

They showed up on time and completed the project in the time frame they promised. Went above and beyond our expectations to create the patio of our dreams!

It was perfect. The landscaping had not had any attention for 5 years. Everything was overgrown and out of control. Overwhelm to me.
It's now exactly how I envisioned it.

Mr. Smith was great to work with and was responsive, professional, timely, and flexible in meeting all my needs.  The crew showed up on time and answered all of my questions.  They also reviewed with me what I wanted done prior to beginning work.  The crew worked well together, were friendly, professional, and hard working.  They went above and beyond what was expected.  My yard looks great!!!! I used this company for weekly mowing and then some regular yard work and annual clean up.  They were always professional, thorough, and responsive to my needs.  I did have one issue and the owner of the company came to my house with the crew the next time to make sure things were done perfectly and he didn't bill me for the service.  They truly care about what they do and their reputation and I am happy to have discovered them.

All the work was performed based on the quote and done with excellence and professionalism.

Michael was available as soon as I put my request in for a free estimate. He came at the time that was convenient to our schedule and spent good time talking with us, getting to know what we were looking for and hoped to do and got back to us quickly with a designed plan. After reviewing, I had some questions and requested to see labeled plants on the plans and he accommodated right away. We discussed the revised plans in detail, over the phone, and discussed the total cost. Michael worked with me to get the cost to where we felt comfortable. After signing the contract, he and his team were at our house within an hour to start digging out plants, weeding and edging. When we arrived home, all had been dug out, weeded, edged PLUS some new plants were already planted. They came the second day and finished the entire job. We were very impressed with Michael's work ethic, thought, design skills and how he worked with us on all of the details and produced so quickly!! Excellent job and we will definitely have him and his crew back out.

Last year was the first year we had ever used a landscape maintenance company. We had called early in the spring due to an upcoming graduation party and had it all taken care of by mid April.  This year, we were a bit lax and didn't even start looking for a company until mid-May.  The companies that returned my call (and several of them didn't), were all scheduling way out at this point -- 4 weeks was the earliest response I had gotten, some were 6 weeks, and some weren't even available until August. 
It was shortly thereafter that we spotted a landscaping company working at a neighbor's house. We walked over and ended up striking up a conversation with Michael Smith, the owner.  Very personable. He came over later that day after he was done at the neighbors to look over what we wanted done and to give us an estimate.  We were looking at about 1.5 weeks out -- sounded great to us as did the price quote.   Well, as it turned it, he had a last minute cancellation and instead of having to wait at all, they started on our landscape the very next day. Wow!  I know this was quite unusual, but after staring at 4-6 weeks over and over, it was such a pleasant surprise.
Michael and his crew had a great work ethic and did a great job.  He and his crew took about 3 days to do the job.  The landscaping now looks great -- very happy and I plan to call them again next year. 
One last thing I'd like to note is that I truly try to be accepting of all different types of people, workers, etc - -however, it seems that all too often these days, when you have a work crew at your house, that only the foreman speaks English and it ends up being overly difficult  to communicate effectively with anyone else. This can get so frustrating when the foreman isn't around when you have comments/questions, etc.  Thus, one of the things that I found so straightforward/easy when working with Michael and his crew was the communication.  I was able to easily communicate with everyone on his crew.  This was very useful because sometimes Michael was around and sometimes he wasn't while his crew was at work.   I believe that having ongoing and effective communication makes a job go faster and significantly contributes to customer satisfaction  -- and it was a huge contributor to the job satisfaction here!
