We're having the mower repaired.  I will continue to be a faithful customer to this company.

Company was quick to respond and make initial radon test, then to give a quote and get the work performed before I moved in.  They discussed the possible options for installation, including where to route the vent pipes.  Installer did nice work and cleaned up after the job.  Follow-up test showed system was doing what it was supposed to do.

This cashier seems irritated if I ask for their senior discount or in anyway ask her to perform normal employee duties, such as putting the receipt in the bag.

Perfect. Very clear on scope of work, time frame and price. Performed exactly as stated by tech.

They provide super customer service. They always have people on hand with information to help make decisions. The guy I talked to convinced me not to get what I was going to get because of the application. They always have a load of information. I spend 1/5 of the time here that you spend at a big box store and get 2,3 or 4 times as much information. Even if I didn't save a nickel, I saved so much time. I will absolutely use them again.

Extremely poor experience with Roush Hardware. I wanted to rent a Drum Sander and Edge Sander. The guy that helped me took on a very condescending attitude. He told me that what I really wanted was the plate sander because it was a lot easier to use. Since I was having a friend actually sand my floors for me, I called him and let him talk to the guy. After a few minutes the guy basically pushed the plate sander on us saying that if we didn't like it we could come get the drum sander. The plate sander was not dustless and performed horribly. We had to take it back for the drum sander. They forgot to give us the power cord extension. Had to go back. Then the drum sander was not even in good condition. It ate through belts every 10 minutes. They charged us $8/belt, a total rip off. At Home Depot belts were $3 & 4 depending on grit. Home Depot doesn't charge for broken machines or belts that break due to a broken machine. Roush charged us $319. Never go there for rentals.

IF I EVER NEED SOMETHING THAT I CAN'T FIND ANYWHERE ELSE, ROUSH ALWAYS HAS IT. AND THIS IS NOT LIMITED TO HARDWARE -- YES, WHEN I HAVE THE ONLY FAUCET IN TOWN THAT REQUIRES A SPECIAL PART, THEY HAVE IT, BUT IF I'M LOOKING FOR ANY OTHER ODDBALL THING (NOT HARDWARE RELATED,) I WALK INTO THEIR STORE FIRST, AND A FRIENDLY PERSON AT THE SERVICE DESK IMMEDIATELY DIRECTS ME TO AN AISLE NUMBER WHERE I CAN FIND MY ODD ITEM. THE STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL WHEN I HAVE DUMB QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT TO DO TO GET RID OF THE WATER RING ON THE TABLE, WHAT KIND OF GLUE WILL REALLY HOLD THAT TILE DOWN, ETC. I ALSO RENT EQUIPMENT FROM THEIR EQUIPMENT RENTAL WINDOW, SUCH AS CARPET CLEANERS, TREE LIMB CUTTERS, ETC. THINGS I USE ONCE A YEAR AND DON'T WANT TO BUY - REASONABLY PRICED AND GOOD CHECK OUT POLICIES. LOVE THEM!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TREMENDOUS.
