We have no record of this member, but due to the high volume of calls we receive for quotes, it is possible that one of them slipped through the cracks. If this is the case—and it seems like it may be, we are very sorry we did not have the opportunity to serve this member. Customer Service and Quality are of the utmost importance to us and we strive for perfection. We are always looking for ways to improve ourselves so we can achieve this goal. While we are of course sorry this member seems to have slipped through the cracks, we are happy for the feedback and will seek to prevent this as much as humanly possible.
