I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. I was not terribly impressed, but they did okay. I thought they would do a little more. I realize it was only for $79, but it was for four hours. There were two of them here for two hours and they got through a couple of rooms, but I just thought they could have done a little more. I got what I paid for, but I thought it would get a little better. What they did was fairly good. They did what they had to and that was it. It was a good price, but I have used other cleaning companies through Angie's List and I thought they did a much better job. They came out when they said they would.

There was marked difference in the carpets after being cleaned. They will not move furniture or place plastic under furniture legs, which I thought was unusual. Arrived on time and were professional. Good value for the cost.

Showed up on time. Nic was thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do and which stains he could eliminate. After cleaning, Nic took me through each room and pointed out what he was able to do with each individual stain. Some stains could not be removed due to chemicals in Resolve and other pet stain cleaners. I appreciated his explanation and will be sure to use vinegar and water the next time our dog leaves a stain.

Two women came together and I gave them a list of the things that I thought to be done and they got only about half of things done. The two of them together went in to my bathroom and stayed in there for than an hour I don’t even know what they got done in there. They gave me a price to come back and do the rest of the things that were on my list that would have caused me $165 and I told them no. The approximate date of service was about two weeks ago. I don’t know. Like I said they want me to charge me for doing the rest of the job. My regular housekeeper would have done it all in one day for $75 so I paid Angie’s List for $79 for half of what I would have gotten from my regular housekeeper.

Overall, they are very slow and not very effective. Professionalism was there in terms of doing the billing and that kind of stuff. She do all of that doing that correctly and with the taxes and giving me good estimates of what it going to be cost it’s just that her foster way hired and anything that I accustom of paying and the amount of work that done and the time was way less than my expectations.

The service turned out well. I was pleased with their work. We had to change dates once but everything worked out well. He was prompt and the man than did the work right away. The carpets look good. The only thing is that they do have a policy where they will not move any furniture.

Bought and quot;Big Dealand quot; on Angie's list and then followed instructions on how to schedule housecleaning service. Nationwide Cleaners never responded to my multiple emails or message left on their telephone. I complained to Angie's List who also emailed them and telephoned them without getting any reply. Since no service was ever delivered and there was no communication from Nationwide Cleaners, I am giving them a rating of F

I waited to get contacted from them. When I did not, I sent them an email on 1/22 requesting we schedule a date / time for the service. The next day they responded to my email requesting my address and phone # so we can get something scheduled. I replied with the requested information on the same day. They never responded after that point. I have sent them 2 additional emails requesting an update since, neither has had a response.

12/3/2013 After purchasing the Mobile Auto Carpet Cleaning Big Deal, I responded to the vendor within the 2 requested days with a date I selected (they gave me a choice of three). 12/5/2013 They then responded saying that I needed to select a new date due to the weather forecast. 12/5/2013 I responded the same day and said the week they suggested was OK but I had a question if I could leave my car with them if the weather was going to be an issue. they never answered my question or responded with a new date. 12/26/13 I sent another message asking what was happening. 12/30/13 They said they missed my email and wanted me to suggest a date. 12/30/13 Because I had questions and using "messages" instead of talking directly to them was not working, I sent them a message that I would call them. I did and got their voicemail, but I left a message with some questions. They never returned my call. 1/6/14 They send me a message saying they have not heard back from me. Strange. They suggested January 13th as a date with not time period. 1/6/14 I responded and said that date was OK, but did not hear from them. 1/12/14 I sent a message to see if they were coming tomorrow. 1/13/14 I have given up. I tried calling again but got voicemail. It is 9:30 and I am not waiting anymore. They could have called or contacted me and have not.

Because it was 9:30 and we had not arrived yet? I am sorry that we were not able to service you, but I not sure what we did to deserve an F."

I scheduled the appointment in early December. I called the day before the appointment to confirm. They had no record of an appointment being made. We rescheduled for between 10 AM and 2 PM on December 27. I called them at 1:45 PM to confirm they were still coming. No one answered their phone so I left a voice message. Technician called at 3 PM to say their equipment had broken and it would be at least 2 hours before they would arrive. We rescheduled for the afternoon of December 31. Technician said that he would call in the morning with an exact time. No one called. No one every came. I have asked Angie's List to refund my money.

You were never scheduled in early December, here is a copy of our first conversations. You purchased on the 3rd and if we don't hear from a customer with in 48 hours we reach out to try to get them scheduled. "Nationwide Cleaners 12/5/2013 Thank you for your purchase, unfortunately we are booked for the rest of this week and next week looks to be too cold to be able to properly clean your car. We can look at the week of December 16th or anytime after next week. We clean from 8am until about 7pm, but because we will be outside for your cleaning I would like to start no later than 3pm. Thanks" You responded. "[removed member name] 12/5/2013 Great. I am off the week of December 23. How about 8:00 AM on Monday, Dec. 23 or 10:00 AM on Thursday, Dec. 26? Also, I have a two car garage. So, you can work in it if you wish. Randy" That is your first email to us, December 23rd is not early December. We then responded that we were booked on the 23 and 26th but were available on the 27th, you accepted. We did have a hose break that day and had 2 customers add on, this pushed your time back. We called and you agreed that as long as we were at your house by 5pm that would be fine. My technician called at 4pm saying he was 20-30 minutes away and you told him that you could not be there and cancelled us. You then asked for the 31st and the technician explained that you would need to call the office to reschedule as he does not have the authority to reschedule customers. You never contacted the office, we were actually closed on the 31st as it was New Year's Eve. I am sorry we were not able to provide the service for you, but I am very disappointed that you decided to fabricate a story rather than just talk to us and be honest. If you wanted a refund you only had to ask, or we could have scheduled you for another time. In response to your accusations, you never had an appointment in early December, you never called to find out the day before the appointment that you were not scheduled, we never said we had no record of your appointment. I find it curious that you do not state the day of your appointment in "Early December" why not? Also why would you email us requesting the 23rd if you had called and found out we missed your "Early December" appointment? You also seemed to miss the part where you told us at 4pm on the 27th that YOU decided you didn't want us to come and complete your cleaning. It is a shame that you had to fabricate a story in an attempt to harm our good reputation."
