Macy's Tuttle Crossing Furniture

Macy's is one of the better furniture stores.  The sale staff is not pushy; they will give you the space you need to browse.  They are very knowledgable about their brands and are ready to answer any questions.  We always return to Macy's for our furniture purchases.

The deliver process was just as professional.  They bring in mats to cover the floor and take great care when handling the furniture.  It happened to be raining when our deliver was scheduled and they wiped it dry.  The called 30 minutes in advance of when they were going to show and they showed up on time.

We will be back to Macy's for our next furniture purchase.

We bought a dining table and chairs and put it on their financing plan. We confirmed twice with their people that the credit account would properly draft from our checking account. . but instead. . .it took the entire balance in the first month, nearly emptying our account. Customer service told us after more than 2 hours on the phone that they needed a letter from our bank stating they'd sent the money and that it would then take 72 business hours to review, then they'd think about giving us some refund! I"VE GOT BILLS TO PAY! We set up a financing agreement, then they took it all!Beware!!

Visited the Macy's Tuttle Store on 04.18.13 and met Jeff Hardy. He listened. Offered logical solutions. Described differences between brands' features/benefits. Answered my numerous questions graciously. Never rushed. Never tried to sell something I didn't need. Decided to purchase a King Size Kluft Hotel Series Mattress and Box Spring Set. Jeff Set the delivery for Thursday 04.25.13. Received several confirmations in advance of deliver as promised. The day-of-delivery Stephen called 30 minutes prior to delivery time to say that he and his Delivery Team were on the way. When they arrived (3) I was impressed by their positiveness and professional dress. All in clean uniforms. Put on shoe covers to protect our flooring. The delivered and installed and removed the old mattress within 30 minutes of arrival. Very impressed with their quick and careful work.
Also received a kind thank you card from Jeff Hardy after our delivery. The entire experience with Jeff Hardy and Stephen's 5-Star Delivery Team was exceptional. Hope reading this helps in your decision.

Jeff Hardy the sales consultant answered all of our questions and explained the features of all the brands he had available to sell. He was very knowledgeable did not pressure us to buy. We decided on the Tempur-Pedic. The product's reputation and warranty is what helped us make our decision. In addition, We also liked the security of buying from Macy's as they are very dedicated to making customers satisfied. The merchandise was delivered as agreed. Macy's called us the day before and two hours before to confirm delivery times. The bedding was delivered and set up during the agreed upon window. The delivery people covered the floors and their shoes. We couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of the product. Jeff hardy represents Macy's very well.
