Jim is the pond whisperer! It is so nice and clean and sparkly. Jim is a delight- always on time, professional and he does excellent work. He’s been to my house for several years now and I really appreciate him!

Jim was Great! Arrived a bit early and started unloading his equipment from his truck. I showed him to the pond and we talked about the issues I was having and future ideas with the pond. I was thinking about making the pond one open pond instead of 3 sections. He explained how to deal with what I thought were problems, and save money too. Jim is very nice and easy to talk to.

Jim came out, assessed the problem quickly, made subsequent repairs and made sure it wasn't leaking before we settled up with him. He was efficient and knowledgeable. We will call him if we have any needs in the future.

We just purchased a house with a semi-neglected pond and knew nothing about how to maintain it. Jim came out, cleaned it out the algae, gave us some pointers on the pond's upkeep and got the pump and filter operating on all cylinders. Jim knows his stuff. He showed up when he said he would and did an amazing job on our pond - all for a fair price. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody.

He was right on time. Did a great job of cleaning. He found one leak and repaired that. He also told me to watch the level and call if it dropped more than an inch or so. I will definitely use his services in the future.

I have used Jim Jordan to clean and service my fish pond/fountain for years. My fountain is poorly designed (he did not install it)and he has worked with me over the years to keep it running, keep my fish alive and keep it relatively algae-free. He is very knowledgeable about fish, algae, pumps and aquariums. He does this as a side business and I have always found his prices to be extremely reasonable. When my pumps need to be replaced, he always shops for a bargain rather than buying a pump at the closest (and possibly most expensive place). I highly recommend him.
