 + -1 moreAlthough the waiting time was a bit long (4-6 weeks), the quality of the work was wonderful. Plus, I used a 50%-off coupon, which made the price more bearable. The gentleman who took my order definitely knows his stuff (I can't remember his name) - he's worked there for a long time and is always very friendly and gives suggestions to novices like me who have trouble deciding on mats and frames. I'll definitely continue to use Jo-Ann for my future framing needs.
