Description of Work: They have called the wrong person on our phone for a month, every day. We requested that they remove our name from the computer call list. We spoke with a supervisor and they again were to remove it. I suggest never use them for service because they are hounding this individual to death! I am glad we did not use them.

 + -1 moreI WAS INFORMED IF I REFINANCED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY WITHIN THREE YEARS, THERE WAS A PENALTY OF 3%/FIRST YEAR AND 1%/THIRD YEAR. ONE YEAR LATER I WAS ENGAGED AND DECIDED TO SELL MY HOME AND BUY BIGGER. I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT HFC HAD TO OFFER FOR OUR SITUATION AND OUR PAYOFF. KRISTA INFORMED US THEY DO NOT DO THE LOAN WE NEED, BUT SAID THE 'GOOD NEWS' WAS THAT SINCE THEY DO NOT OFFER THE LOAN & WE WERE NOT USING ANOTHER COMPANY TO REFINANCE, THERE WOULD BE NO PREPAYMENT PENALTY. WE LATER MADE AN OFFER ON A HOME & ACCEPTED AN OFFER ON MY HOUSE. WE WENT TO CLOSING & WERE INFORMED BY THE TITLE CO. THAT THE AMOUNT WE OWED WAS $7000 MORE THAN KRISTA AND I DISCUSSED, IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE PENALTY. I CALLED & FOUND OUT SHE MISINFORMED ME. SHE ADMITTED HER MISTAKE TO HER MANAGER & DISTRICT MANAGER, BUT YET THEY WERE UNWILLING TO WAIVE THE PENALTY TO HONOR OUR MISINFORMATION. WE COULDN'T CLOSE IN THE CONTRACT TIME FRAME, LOST OUR HOUSE OFFER & HOUSE BID. THEY HAVE MISINFORMED ME SEVERAL TIMES
