THE FIRST COMPANY WE USED FOR KITCHEN DESIGN FELL OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH BUT HOME DEPOT CAME THROUGH IN OUR CRISIS WITH A GREAT DESIGNER, PAT STONE; BEAUTIFUL CABINETS; AND FANTASTIC PRICES. ANYONE WHO DOESN''T USE THEM FOR THEIR CABINET PURCHASE IS CRAZY. IT MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY BUT IT IS WORTH IT WITH PRODUCT AND PRICE. OUR CABINETS WERE DELIVERED RIGHT ON TIME. DOUBLE CHECK THEIR MEASUREMENTS - THEY DID PUT ONE NUMBER IN THE COMPUTER WITH 10 MORE INCHES THAN ACTUAL - LUCKILY WE CAUGHT IT.

WE HAD TO STAY ON THEM EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. CABINETS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR NOT AS ORDERED, THEY MADE US DRIVE OVER TO PICK SOME UP, WE WAITED A LONG TIME FOR EVERYTHING. AT ONE POINT WE WERE CALLING THE STORE ALMOST DAILY TRYING TO GET THE INSTALLER SCHEDULED; WHILE AT THE SAME TIME THE INSTALLER WAS CALLING ASKING THEM WHETHER OUR CABINETS HAD ARRIVED YET; IT TOOK THEM 12 DAYS TO CONNECT US UP.

HOME DEPOT ADVERTISED A POLICY OF INSTALLATION WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. I PURCHASED CARPET ON DEC. 3. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AND KEPT HAVING TO CALL THEM TO INQUIRE ON INSTALLATION. WAS FINALLY TOLD THAT INSTALLATION WOULD HAPPEN ON THE 15TH. THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED AT THE WRONG TIME, THEN THEY WENT TO THE WRONG CONDO. THEN SAID WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TILL THE 28YH FOR INSTALLATION.
