I had been looking for a ring that would be special enough to represent our commitment to each other for the last 25 years for over 9 months. I finally found a beautiful diamond ring at Helzberg that contained all of the elements I had been looking for. Since the new ring was set in white gold I also wanted to get a new wedding band to accompany it. The staff at Helzberg were very helpful in finding not only the perfect band but they also ensured that the ring was sized correctly and that I had my rings delivered before Christmas. The staff at the Tuttle Mall location are great, several months after my puchase (which was made durring the Christmas rush) I took my daughter in to look at bridal sets for her upcoming wedding, the two employees that I had worked with remembered me by name and took very good care of listening to what my daughter wanted in a bridal set without the "hard sell" tactics.
