I WISH THEY COULD AT LEAST CALLED ME BACK.

I CALLED TO OBTAIN A ESTIMATE AND THE OWNER GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE AND WE SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN ONE WEEK FOR THE SERVICE. THE OWNER AND ONE WORKER ARRIVED EARLY AND WORKED NONSTOP FOR CLOSE TO 5-HOURS. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND KEPT THEIR SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT OUT OF THE MAIN WALKWAYS. THE CARPET LOOKS NEW AND THE OWNER OFFERED SOME ADVICE FOR UPKEEP OF THE CARPET. THE OWNER CALLED A COUPLE DAYS LATER TO FOLLOW-UP AND SEE IF WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE CLEANING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN.

DAVE DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB CLEANING MY ENTIRE HOUSE. HE WAS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS AND CHECKED WITH ME AFTER THE JOB TO BE SURE I WAS SATISFIED. HIS PRICES WERE GREAT. I PAID NEARLY 3 TIMES HIS PRICE TO ANOTHER VENDOR, BUT ONLY GOT 1/2 THE JOB, AND WALKED AROUND WITH WET SOCKS FOR DAYS. I'LL HIRE HIM AGAIN.

MEMBER SUGGESTS GETTING THE "ROTO" SYSTEM- SMALL ADDITIONAL COST, BUT BIG DIFFERENCE IN RESULT.
