I first met with Ben in February and hired C & M to do two small jobs. Removing the raised bed was done very well in March. In February, Ben told me the lawn would be installed in May. I confirmed that it was on track in April. In response to my early May e-mail, Ben said they were a little behind but it would be done in May. In response to my late May e-mail, he said "I should be out next week." In June, he didn't respond to my e-mail asking for an update. And, now it's too late in the season for me to hire someone else to install a new lawn. On their website and business card they mention their hallmarks as Honest, Reliable and Family. I don't find any of those admirable traits to be applicable to my experience with them. He was not honest when he said he'd come out the following week. They definitely aren't reliable. And I sure wouldn't treat family this way - not communicating honestly and in a timely way.
