THE COMPANY IS A MORTGAGE BROKERAGE FIRM. MARK WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SUGGESTED A GREAT ALTERNATIVE SINCE WE WERE ONLY PLANNING ON BEING IN OUR HOUSE FOR A COUPLE MORE YEARS. HE WATCHED THE RATES FOR US AND ENDING UP LOCKING IN AN EVEN LOWER RATE THAN WHAT WE ORIGINAL THOUGHT WE WERE GOING TO HAVE. HE MADE THE PROCESS QUICK AND EASY AND WE EVEN RECEIVED MONEY AT CLOSING. NO SURPRISES!
