Arrow Gutter

I contacted Arrow Gutters to get an estimate to have a 10 foot section of gutter replaced and the downspout relocated so that it would drain away from our house. I also requested an estimate to have a downspout that was not properly aligned replaced and configured so that it would empty into a rainbarrel. While Kevin and his assistant were here I also asked about extending and burying a downspout in our front yard so that it would not need to be moved everytime we mowed the lawn.

Kevin showed up exactly when he said that he would and provided me with an estimate on the spot. He indicated that he would check the schedule and let me know when he thought he could complete the job. We had a lot of rainy weather after the estimate was provided, but Kevin called when he said he would and advised as to when he would likely be out to do the work.

Kevin and his assistant showed up to do the work just as he said they would. They worked efficiently and did a great job. It started to rain shortly after they completed their work, and the gutters and downspouts performed as intended.

I would definately contact Kevin @ Arrow Gutters in the future if our house needs any type of gutter repair or cleaning performed. I was also very pleased that they will not hesitate to take some of the smaller jobs that other companies either refuse to do or delay the work for months because they don't deem it as profitable.

Kevin and his crew were very professional and obviously take pride in their work.

A few days later we found one place that was still leaking a little and they came out and fixed that, also. I would recommend this company to anyone. We will use them again to clean out the gutters and downspouts of the cottonwood tree pods.

My housing yard was in a mess and there was no roof and it was like gutter garage. They did a lot of maintenance work. They were good as I wasn't here when they did the work. Their prices were reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

I purchased a home recently in Dublin, OH and knew the gutters were in bad shape as I watched water poor out of the tops of them when this Spring rolled around. I turned to Anjie's list to find someone that could clean and repair the gutters as some of them looked loose. Kevin Eilers from Arrow Gutters lived up to all of the wonderful reports I found here. We've had about 8 days straight days of rain this season mixed with high winds, so I knew gutter-cleaning companies would be busy. Kevin had no problem squeezing me into the schedule and was on-time. He returned my phone calls promptly and was great at communicating when he would arrive. He brought one helper along. The actual work performed was cleaning and unclogging of approximately 150' of gutter with downspouts. They also re-attached the loose gutters. He also noticed that some of the downspouts had been damaged and banged up (root cause unknown) and provided a very reasonable estimate to get them replaced. The previous homeowner had also put some of the gutters on backwards so I asked for an estimate to replace those. Kevin also noted where some of the trimwork on the house already started to rot and this is a service he could perform as well. The price of service performed was very reasonable. Also, the estimates for future work that our house requires were very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call Kevin at Arrow Gutters again to take care of remaining issues. I will also be calling him to get a new gutter guard system put on. In short, I was very happy with the service and experience I had with Arrow Gutters!

We had a big storm with very high winds. He was the only company that would take our little job. Our downspout was hanging off about 2 feet. I called him and he was only about 2 blocks away and he would be able to do the job right away. He got the job done that night. He also checked the roof. He inspected the rest of the downspouts and was very knowledgeable. He was very clean and otherwise you wouldn't have known he was there.

The service was excellent. I have worked with Kevin since 1999 and he does a great job. Very trustworthy and responsible.

The guy who came out to get the work done was really nice. He didn’t charge me the full price. He was really good. He came out the next day itself after I called him. So his punctuality was really good. I would use his services in the future too.

He called me back within 24 hours of my receiving my message. He came out the next week, and did the job well and for a good price. I will use Arrow Gutters again.

I have used Kevin since 1999. Their customer is a priority. He is trustworthy, experienced, knowledgeable and always does a good job.

He came out promptly to give an estimate, and returned less than a week later with samples to match the gutters. He completed the work the next day, and we are very pleased. Cutting the drain pipe for the rainbarrel fit was additional work to what he usually does, but he did a very nice job. I asked him to inspect the remaining gutters to see if any others needed repair or replacement, and he reported that everything looked good and no further work would be necessary, which made me feel he was honest. He also cleaned a clogged gutter during the initial estimate, but did not charge us for that.

A really nice guy. He is easy to work with and does a great job. Very reasonable.

This was the first time I have used their services. They were great and we would use them again in a heartbeat. They showed up on time and it took them an hour to do the work. He answered all of my questions and it was very low pressure.

Called and got ahold the owner told him I needed the gutters clean and came during the week that we went on vacation. They did a great job, we just loved the outcome. Would hire again in the future and recommend to others.

There was a minor communication problem in setting up the appointment (he thought I wanted to wait a bit longer) but once that was sorted out, the work was done as scheduled. Gutters seem to have been cleaned well and 1 screen was replaced.

I couldn't be more pleased. After reaching out to numerous companies, Kevin was responsive to my call, returning within a day, and performed the service the very next day. He was efficient, friendly and helpful when answering my questions. The price was significantly lower than other companies' quotes. We'll be hiring Arrow Gutter again next year to have gutters cleaned.

I have used him for years and will continue to do so. On this visit I felt his prices were a little high.

I left a message a week and a half ago and have received no return call.

Job went well. Kevin responded to my initial call for an estimate in a timely manner. Gave me the estimated amount to repair gutter, and we scheduled a date for him to come to repair. He repaired it on the scheduled date.

Kevin was extremely professional and thorough. He showed up to the appointment on time, answered all our questions, and finished up the job quickly. He also gave us tips to help maintain proper functionality of the gutters.

The company responded to my call quickly and was able to come out the following day. Kevin arrived when he said he would. he re-attached the gutter part that had been knocked down and cleaned the gutters. He was courteous and professional. Since then we have received some heavy rain and the gutters have never worked better.
