I was incredibly pleased with how they handled the situation.

They made a major blinder. They left something leaking and 8 hours later our ceiling caved in. But their insurance company made it all better. They had a real frailty but they took care of it. I am not sure if I will ever use them again. We found someone else we like a lot better. It was a bad experience. Forget the ceiling caving in...someone installed the shut off valves, we had the granite installed and then they returned to install the faucets. When they installed the faucets the plugs in the sinks were not adjusted right. The plumber seemed very young and did not seem like he knew what was going on. We had a more senior plumber from Accurate come back out and readjust them. I would get a more seasoned plumber who knows what they are doing.

They were very nice. They were timely. They got back to us when we needed the quote. They were one of 3 quotes we got for the job. They were very nice and followed up. We ended up going with another company.

Things are going just fine with that. I thought they did a very good job; they were professional and they cleaned up. I thought the price was a little bit high.

They were scheduled to arrive at 10 a.m. At 10:20 they still had not arrived or called so we called them. They couldn't reach the scheduled technician for our job (they were running behind on an earlier job) so they sent out another technician. The new technician arrived quickly and got the job done in no time. He was professional, courteous, and very nice. He didn't trash our house - he took his shoes off at the door and cleaned up so well that you would have never known that he was there (with the expection of the sink being installed). The price was under what other companies were quoting and he did a good job. We would use them again.

Very professional and knowledgable. We are going to use them again and know we don't have to find another plumber as long as these guys are in business.

They came over and fixed everything. Did everything by phone and never met with anyone. I did have to call about the bill to pay them as they never sent it to me. They were not so good with an old shower faucet handle that we wanted to repair without ruining the tile. He said he would take care of it all and it sort of faded into the sunset, I think due to being too complicated. For regular stuff, they are great. I found a one-man plumber, though, to take the time to complete the shower handle job.

After disassembling and replacing the shower assemblies, cleaning out and replacing parts,the leak and pounding noises are gone. Mike came promptly and was very courteous and professional.

They have always been prompt and their prices are good. They impressed me the first time I used them and I've used them ever since. They are the only plumber we have ever used.

I had a leak and could not fix it myself. I found them on Angie's List. They came as scheduled the next day. Matt did the job promptly and was friendly. The job was well done and the charge reasonable. Overall, good work.

Accurate Plumbing did a wonderful job! Will definitely call them for future plumbing jobs!

They were able to come out the same day that we called them. Their guys are great and we would use them again.

It went very well. It was a weekend, we had guests, and when we called they came right out to fix it. Labor was $127.50 and parts were $25.00.

Within 20 minutes of calling the service department, the company had a plumber at my house to complete the work. We had a minor problem with one faucet, and they promptly returned to take care of it. I was very impressed with their service.

When I scheduled the appointment, I was told the plumber would arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. Jason called me just before 8:00 to say he was stuck in traffic and would be there in about a half hour. He arrived just before 8:30, but I appreciated the call so that I knew he was on his way. He installed the hose bib as close to where I wanted it in the garage as he could get it. He had me watch while he tested it, and he checked out the faucets he had drained to be sure they were working OK after turning the water back on. He made very little mess but cleaned up after himself. He was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with.

ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL.

THEY REPLACED THE SUMP PUMP WITHIN 2 HOURS OF MY INITIAL PHONE CALL, AND CALLED ME BACK WITHIN 30 MINUTES (EXACTLY AS PROMISED). PLUMBERS WERE WAITING AT MY HOUSE FOR ME TO RETURN, THEY TOOK SHOES OFF WITHOUT ASKING, THEY REPLACED SUMP PUMP WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED, AND EXPLAINED WHAT WENT WRONG.

GREAT SUPPORT AFTER THE INSTALLATION - PILOT LIGHT HAD GONE OUT IN THE LATE EVENING AND THEIR SERVICE NUMBER ALLOWED ME TO REACH A TECHNICIAN WHO HELPED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OF RELIGHTING THE PILOT LIGHT
