We needed to clean out our house of almost everything, except for a few sentimental pieces, because we were moving and the house we had purchased in our new location was completely furnished, with stuff for the most part we really liked! Randy came the day after we called in early July to walk through the house to tell us whether he would take us on, and thank goodness he said he would! We then set up a date for when he and his crew would be by to pack everything up and move it out. We had about 10-14 days to pack up the stuff we were keeping and then they arrived right on time. He and his crew of about 6 people had the house packed in no time, and the first truckload loaded the first day, came back the second day and loaded up the rest, all but our bed. He was so considerate and let us hold on to our bed until just a couple days before we closed on our house, and then came back and picked it up along with the last final things like our riding lawn mower, which my husband had used one last time before we turned the house over to the new owners.
We then moved across country, and waited for the check to arrive in the mail, which it did right on schedule. He had told us the auction would not be until September to give him time to sort everything and do some advertising. His fee (a percentage of the proceeds) was very reasonable, and we were very pleased with the service and the final check. Thank you, Randy and crew!!
