Mark provided us with a detailed estimate and worked with us to develop a plan for our lawn. He ended up providing us with several extra heads, but maintained the agreed upon estimate.

All of the work was done professionally in the time that was estimated. I was impressed at the care taken not to disturb my landscaping and particularly under and around my gravel walkway. One of the installers even stopped by later in the week while working another job to see how everything was going.

The whole time from when they started until when they finished was great. They were quick to get out and install the system and it only took 2-days. They were meticulous about not messing up my existing grass and didn't make a mess whatsoever. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Mark Sewell responded promptly to my RFQ with a visit to my home and submitted a formal quotation within three (3)days. Mark spent a decent amount of time explaining exactly what he proposed to do, and why. After comparing to four (4) other irrigation contractors, I determined that Sewell Irrigation offered the best overall price for the work I required. Sewell Irrigation began the work on the agreed-to date, and did a nice job of minimizing the damage to the yard. All the piping, valves, and sprinkler heads were installed in one day, and the final hook-up and controller were finished in a few hours on the second day. Upon completion, Mark was very patient in explaining how all components of the system operated. We couldn't be more satisfied with the overall job, and would recommend Sewell Irrigation to anyone.

Installed lawn irrigation system for us. Then per agreed contract, they would come to our house to do the check up work every Spring and Autumn time for the next four years. They did great job. They sent us reminder notice every time, and let us choose the most suitable week and fax the information to them, then someone call us back after that to confirm the date and time. Everything is smooth with them.

The whole crew showed up on the day of installation. They were prompt, professional and very thorough. They seemed to have gone above and beyond to ensure that each area of our yard had good coverage, including the flower beds. The system is tailored to our yard's unique layout. We were thoroughly impressed by their work, and the yard is already showing great improvement after just a week!Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Mark Sewell and his employees were always on time, did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Were very quick in answering my calls and providing a quote. They completed the job in one day, totally cleaned up and answered any questions we had on how the system worked, maintence, etc.

I asked for a price quote for an irrigation system and explained what I wanted. They sent a representative to my house to measure my yard. The representative stated another employee would come to my house another day to review the irrigation system with me and answer any questions that I had. A representative did come to my house but they did not tell me when they were coming, so I was not there to ask questions and discuss the design with them. After I had not heard from the company for about a week or so, I called them to find out when they were coming to my house to give me an estimate. They informed me that the estimate had been completed and I should receive it in the mail. The company sent a written estimate in the mail. This company was not very personable and they chose not to meet with me to discuss the work. Their written estimate was a little high. I hired another company that was very professional personable, reputable, less expensive, and that listened to what I wanted.

The work done was great, everything was explained well and the price was very competitive. I had no issues, though I sometimes had to wait a day or more to receive a return phone call, but they did always call back. The entire crew did an excellent job, and was professional. One thing to note is the price did include maintenance the following fall and spring. I'd highly recommend them.

Great service. Very easy to work with. We had a major issue with our system and they just kept coming back (4times!) until it was fixed. Great company.

Dealt directly with the owner, Mark. Very knowledgeable about what he was doing. His crew finished early and you can hardly tell anything had been done in the yard. Even moved a head after install was complete at my request (had a playset installed weeks after sprinkler was installed, they put it over one of the heads!) at no additional cost. Highly recommended!

THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE WHO PERFORMED THE WORK CALLED 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO HIS ARRIVAL, AS REQUESTED. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING VERY THOROUGHLY, AND COMPLETED THE SERVICE VERY TIMELY.

MARK CAME OUT HIMSELF TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE. THEIR ESTIMATE WAS THE MOST REASONABLE AND HE SEEMED TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT I FELT I NEEDED. HE COMES WITH IMPECCABLE RECOMMENDATIONS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING THE SYSTEM. IT WORKS WELL. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. ALL OF THE MEN WHO CAME TO DO THE WORK WERE FRIENDLY. MARK, THE OWNER, WAS THERE THE ENTIRE TIME WORKING WITH THE CREW. OVERALL, A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

WE JUST MOVED AND HAD SEVERAL LINES CUT DURING LANDSCAPING. SEWELL REPAIRED ALL LEAKS, ADJUSTED AND MOVED SPRINKLER HEADS AROUND OUR NEW LANDSCAPING. THEY WERE WORKING ON OUR SYSTEM APPROXIMATELY 4+ HOURS. VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH MR. SEWELL'S PROFESSIONALISM AND THE WORK THAT WAS DONE IN OUR YARD. THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT, WORKED AROUND OUR DIFFICULT SCHEDULE AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN A HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THE PLUMBING WORK IS DONE BY A SEPARATE PLUMBER WHO WAS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE WORK WHEN ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED, AND WHO CHARGED MORE THAN THE QUOTED PRICE, BUT THIS WAS ACCEPTABLE GIVEN THE EXTRA DISTANCE REQUIRED FOR THE WATER SUPPLY LINE. THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM HAS BEEN A WONDERFUL TIME SAVER.

I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THEM INITIALLY, BUT THEY RETURNED THE CALL PROMPTLY AND SET-UP AN APPOINTMENT TO COME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY CAME IN BELOW OTHER COMPANIES, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

I HAVE USED SEWELL THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISIFED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY TAKE THE TIME TO SET THE SYSTEM CORRECTLY.

WE RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW HOME AND MALCOLM CAME OUT AND FIXED A COUPLE OF HEADS, AS WELL AS ADJUSTED ALL OF THE HEADS. THIS REQUIRED A FOLLOW UP VISIT WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. IN ADDITION, HE SHOWED US HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM SINCE IT WAS NOT ONE WE HAD USED BEFORE. OVERALL, WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND WOULD USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.
