Professional Painting and Powerwashing

I went with this company because of the warranty that was offered to me. Due to the lack of pre-stain wood preparation on my deck, the stain did not penetrate the wood, and as a result, dried up and stayed on the surface of my deck. As a result of this my deck has experienced significant wear and the stain has began to peel off. I tried to contact Bryan multiple times over the coarse of several months with no response. Several months later I finally reached Bryan and explained the situation to him. He claims that Sherwin Williams came and looked at my deck and offered to warrant the stain. Brian came out and attempted to power wash my deck only to make it worse due to partial completion. I've tried to contact Bryan several times with no response. He finally sent me a text message and said that it would cost me $450 to repair which I disagree with because this should be covered under his warranty. I've tried to contact Bryan several time since this and have not received a response. I would like either the deck restrained correctly or reimbursed in full for the cost of staining my deck.
