Excavation
Mr. Watkins required a 50% deposit to build a bridge and gate on my property. Long story short, he never installed either. He was given the deposit in April 2019 and another in May 2019. All summer we have heard one excuse after anothEr. End result, work never got done. He has our $10k and blocked my number. At the moment, he will respond to my husband but can’t refund our money until he gets a “refund for the products” he ordered for our project. He’s never produced receipts for said products. One last thing, we found out this guy changes his company name when he gets into trouble. The current company name is Black River Farms and Contracting LLC. Before Iron Horse, it was Tough Nickle.
