He worked quickly and quietly. Kept me informed of what he needed to do. Had to remove the toilet from the floor to get the object out. Put it all back together and made sure it worked. Cleaned up after himself. Great job. Friendly and courteous.

Completed all work in less than an hour. Super friendly and intelligent. Willing to take the time for my questions and show me pertinent info on my system. Recommend to friends and family. Is a great service. We had repairman John and loved his work

Not good. They left tools on the floor, which stained the carpet. They didn't put the panel back over the outside of the tub or properly connect the jets back up. 3 of the faucets were leaking, and I had to have them come back to fix them on 2 separate occasions. On the plus side, the owner did call me to apologize and he refunded part of the bill. I probably will not use this business again.

Arrived on time. Called ahead. Was quick to fix the problem and even checked the other drains in the bath. Polite and friendly.

We've used them for a couple of years. They came out pretty quickly, their prices are very good, I always had good service from them and I think they stand behind their service. I've actually had them replace all the toilets in my house and whenever we have plumbing needs because I don't do plumbing. I don't deal with anyone that I wouldn't give an "A" to.

I called and was scheduled within an 8 to 12 window the next day. The day of the work Dan called to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, had the parts needed for the repair in his truck and got to work right away. He was polite and professional.

AWESOME! I was working from home (rare) and remembered I needed the outdoor faucets fixed. Called at 11:00 am and they were able to fit me in same day. Glen called before showing up as promised. He was very friendly. Fixed my problem in about 10 min and showed me what he was doing. Explained the workings of outdoor faucets. Took my angies list coupon (electronically because I was having printing issues) and he was on his way. Now that I know how, the fix is something I could have done, but bottom line... I didn't know what I was doing before Glen showed me what was wrong. Well worth the $90. Thanks to the friendly staff that answered my call and to Glen for being very professional. A+++ all the way.

I have used them a lot in the past. They have good availability, so you can call and if needed, get same day or next day service. They are always very friendly and they always take their shoes off when they come into the house. They will explain to you what's going on. They will also help you to fix things by yourself.

Amanda Plumbing is always prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

Dan called before coming and came when he said he would. He was courteous, professional, friendly, and always cleaned up after himself. He wore shoe covers at all times in my home. Although the cost was a little high, it was a weekend call. We have used this company several times and are always satisfied.

Plumber was punctual and professional. He did an excellent job on pipe installation. However, he had to return to the property because of a leak at the gas union. This was quickly resolved. Overall, he did an acceptable job at a good price.

They arrived on time and cleaned up their mess. They are very reasonably priced and I had no problems with the repair people.

My overall experience with them was fine. They explain thoroughly what they were doing, and they did their work.

We have had real good luck with them. We've had them out a couple of times when we first moved to this house. We didn't know a whole lot about it and they came out and didn't even charge us for the questions we had. We had a gas fire place that we never had experience with and didn't know how to turn it on. When we tried to turn it on, it wouldn't come on and we didn't know what to do so they came out and didn't even charge us to just show us a few different things about this house we didn't know. They were very good. They were very prompt and they called when they were on their way. They cleaned up all their mess and everything. We were very pleased with them. We had them again because when they came out the first time and didn't charge us even when it was a thing that we paid for, it was all just fine. I didn't get another estimate or anything but I thought it was just fine for what they did. We intend to use them when we need anything done.

the plumber showed up on time and took about 2 hours to replace the faucet...which seemed like an incredibly long time...he did find a leak and fixed it so it seemed worth the attention to detail. he then replaced a drain in my bathtub. after he left i went to clean out the bathtub where he had left grease marks and my daughter screamed while i was cleaning as water was pourng into the kitchen. i called the plumber back and he had drilled a hole in a pipe.he then cut a hole in my ceiling and in a bedroom wall to try and get to the leak. he finally had to take out some pipes and told me he wuld be back on monday with the parts he needed. he told me his return visit was free and there was some debate as to if he would cover the parts that he needed to replace or if i was supposed to pay for that and his return visit. he didreturn on monday as promised and fixed his mistake. then i had two holes in my walls. i called the owner and after negotiating he said he wuld send a drywaller

My call to Amanda Plumbing was answered promptly and I was fit into the schedule the same day. In fact, I told them I couldn't be home from work until the end of their time window and they said they would make a note of it. The individual performing the service called me about 20 min before he was to arrive. He arrived and cleared the clog. It has been several weeks and there is no recurrence.

My prior plumbing company no longer handles small jobs and is focused on other areas of plumbing. I chose Amanda plumbing from Angies List as a company with a good track record. I called and was scheduled quickly. The job was small and I was pleased that they accepted it. The faucet was not typical but they carried the cartridge for it, so the work went quickly. This was a well done small household repair. As a caveat I found out that they are also sewer and drain specialists. I reviewed an outside problem with the technician. His recommendation was the only viable one I have received out of 5 suggestions. When I am ready I will call them back on this second job. I think this is how business grows. A small job can lead to other jobs in the future.

I have used Amanda Plumbing for the past 5 years for over 20 different projects for my real estate investments. In the past I have always had pleasant experiences until this year came. It's been nothing but unproffesional service since this year. I have also reffered Amanda to many other customers. I had a bad experience on a project earlier this year but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they had a bad day. I then reffered them to a neighbor and my neighbor had a horrible experience which was embarrasing for me since I raved about them. My most recent experience was completely unprofffesional. I had a sewer line issue on a property and called Amanda, they came out the next day and replaced the line which was great, in the proccess we discovered an issue that they couldnt fix that day. It is a major issue and will be about a 10k fix. I spoke with someone in the office and they said Doug would call me. It was around the holiday so I called a couple days later to follow up, the receptionist that answered the phone was annoyed she even had to talk to a customer and was so rude I couldnt believe it, Doug the owner then got on the phone and I told him how rude she was and he didnt want to hear it since he was firing her anyway and after he got done yelling at me I decided to take my business else where. I was a loyal customer for a long time, always treated everybody at his company with respect but it seems they could care less about that. There are many details I do not want to post on this report. I realize service companines rely on good reviews for their livley hood and I hate to leave a negative report but in this case I felt I needed to. I would highly reccomend using another plumber.

Although the associate was responsive, knowledgeable and efficient, the price is just to high to use again. I was expecting more in line with $50.00 - $100.00 for the hour spent at the house on a Saturday afternoon, not $230.00+. No parts just labor.
