Provider was prompt and professional. Found the issue and fixed problem. When he was done he reviewed what he did with me..I couldn't ask for more.

Great... on time, respectful, did a fine job and would use them again and again...couldn't ask for better service! Employees working for this company are professional, courteous and their work is excellent! Have used their services a number of times and will continue. Prices are reasonable. |They call when they are on the way and if late let you know.

Water heater failed within three years. Heater was serviced within three months of failure. Plumber who came out was young and inexperienced and had to continually call back to gain advice on what to do, even for the most basic tasks.

They were close, response promptly when you have a problem, and did good work.

Setup appointment to be between 8am - noon. I received a call just after 8am from the repair man saying that he would be arriving in about 10 minutes. He arrived right on time and was completely finished in a little under an hour. He was very courteous and seemed to be knowledgable with the repairs needed. Everything from the initial call to Amanda Plumbing through the completion of the job was outstanding. I have found my future go to plumber. Thank you!

They did a very good job. They would come out and talk to us like every half an hour, they kept us informed about what was going on.

We had an outside faucet leaking, and the lever on a toilet was loose. They came out promptly, but it was a complete disaster. The toilet handle was not fixed, but it immediately started running after the technician "repaired" it, which it hadn't been doing before. I pointed it out to the technician, who said he fixed it, but he didn't. And our toilet still wouldn't flush. Then our dishwasher wouldn't run any water, but we didn't even have him work on that. They had to send someone back out, who said the technician failed to turn any water back on. He also said he used the wrong handle on the toilet. And now I just tried to use the outdoor faucet, and it has no water either. I got all of this incompetence and hassle for $350, which seems pricey even if they did a good job. I'll never use them again.

I had used them before, and I had originally called them for the service. They had a couple of ideas to possibly solve the problem without paying for a service call, and they let me know that. It didn't work out, but the fact that they were willing to do a little trouble shooting over the phone is good, instead of coming out and taking the money. The problem turned out not be a sewer issue after all, but it wasn't anything that they caused. When the guy came out, he found out that the smell was coming out from our freezer, and not from the sewer line. I only talked to him over the phone, but the conversations that we had were good. They only charged me the service call which was good, but they charged me $90 which I thought was too much.

They did a fast, efficient job. They arrived in the window of time allotted. I have worked with Amada plumbing for many years. I am always pleased with the job they do.

The plumber identified potential companies that could repair/replace the subfloort for me and pulled company information as well as contact info. Very helpful to get me connected with other people

My sump pump failed and a call was placed to Amanda Plumbing. There were here in about an hour and it was replaced and running within 30 minutes. I can't thank you enough. You were here faster than some other providers returned calls. I will definitely use/refer you!

They were prompt and I thought they were very open in their communications. They came to service my other hot water tank and we decided to replace it with a new one. I felt they were very competent with what they were telling me.

When I initially called I explained the services I needed to the female who answered the phone and asked what date was available for an early morning appointment. When she said they could be there Friday of that week, I asked her to please schedule the appointment and gave her my information. As she was completely uninformed as to cost per hour or any other pertinent details, I asked to speak with the person who would have that information. She put Doug on the phone and I asked for their charge per hour, explained what I needed done and asked for an estimate of time that would take to complete. When he replied it would probably take at least five hours, I mentioned that I would then need to take the whole day off work. He gave me the information I requested, but actually was somewhat rude. The day before my appointment was scheduled, I called the Company to make sure they would be out by 8am the next morning. The female I spoke with said I was not on their schedule. She then put Doug on the phone and I reminded him of our conversation earlier in the week that had taken place after I had already set the appointment. He said I was not on their schedule, and informed me in no uncertain terms, that they would NOT be out the first thing the next morning. When I asked what time they could be there, he literally bellowed at me "I thought you were taking the day off work!". To which I replied that if they weren't going to be there until late in the morning, I wouldn't have to take the whole day off. He was extremely rude and unprofessional and competence seems to be lacking at this company. To treat a new customer in this manner is appalling. On the plus side, after this conversation, I hung up, called another Company who was able to come out quickly. They were $19. cheaper per hour, and very competent and professional. It was a reminder to me to always make sure I call multiple companies for quotes and information, even if I have a time sensitive need for service.

It went very well. John called within the time range that they gave to me and showed up when he said he was going to be there. He was professional and courteous when he was here. He quickly diagnosed that my toilet was clogged and it fixed it with the snake tool quickly. He told me why he thought it happened (being older pipes with perforated surfaces as opposed to newer piping that has smooth surfaces.) He gave me an estimate of the cost of replacing the toilet and piping (which was $400.00.) He also looked at a toilet that I have that runs from time to time and diagnosed that as well for me. He said the rubber pieces corrode over time and cause the running. He said to fix that would be $150-$160. I did not get this done. Lastly, I had him fix my kitchen faucet which drips from time to time. Again, he quickly diagnosed it and fixed it promptly. He had the parts with him and only cost about $20 to fix. The overall cost was $112 which I was satisifed with. I had called them on Saturday and they were able to fit me in quickly. I was impressed with the company, the technician John, and the services performed.

I called Delco water when my waterbill showed double the amount in January,2014. I had been on vacation for 2 and a half weeks in the month so the water bill was startling. The Delco water service man arrived about 11 am on the 3rd. He pinpointed and flagged the leak near the water meter. I contacted Amanda Plumbing as they have done work previously for me and they were familiar with the Delco water system. The Amanda plumbing workers, Joe and Hayden, arrived about 1:30 pm, excavated the site with a back hoe to a depth of about 5 feet, replaced two valves and a pipe connection where my water line joined the Delco water meter . They tested for leaks, backfilled the site and tamped down the soil. They flushed my water line and completed the job by 3 pm. The workers were polite and explained what they were doing as I watched at times. They worked efficiently despite working with water in the January weather. This was the first water line problem I have had since the Delco waterline was installed in the 1970's. I was very pleased at their rapid response as I had lost a fair amount of water (for me). The price was standard for the job. As the owner, Doug, indicated, they have done hundreds of similar jobs and were familiar with Delco water systems. Because the soil has frozen solid I will have to wait until Spring to rake the area and replace the grass.

Clean up could have been a little better, but for the price, I am not complaining. They offered to come out in the evening for time and a half or the next day.

In the past we have used them and they were very good but expensive. They charged me $100 to tell me that they had to order a part for a unit that I bought at Home Depot that they did not stock. When I asked if I would be charged for an additional service charge, they were not sure. In the end I had 2 service charges for a project that many homeowners would do themselves. I will go elsewhere down the road.

They responded quickly and fixed problems. Cost was reasonable considering time spent and issues involved.

The pricing was reasonable. They were very accommodating and prompt and understood what they were doing. He showed me exactly what he needed to do and cleaned up his mess when he was done.

Amanda Plumbing was VERY helpful. They were able to get me scheduled within a few days. Two different guys came (different service calls) and both were very good - nice to talk with, cleaned up, and quality work. They advised me on my options for the repairs and helped me to make what I think were the right decisions.

Our sump pump failed and Dan was able to come over the same day. He arrived with a selection of sump pumps. He gave us the price of what each one would be installed. His work was thorough and efficient. He disposed of the old one and left the work area neat and clean. We would call this company again.
