He was great and they have very reasonable rate. He did excellent so I would tell everybody to use them. They're very clean and also on time. They did that within 20 minutes.

I called, afraid of having to wait forever to schedule an appointment because of my work schedule. But, they were very open and flexible...were here within a few days and the plumber answered all my questions thoroughly. Very professional. I would use them again.

To be honest I'm not the one that really dealt with them but my husband was here and dealt with them. As far as I know the hot water heater and stuff works so I'm fine with that. I do know that when they tried to carry it out it did bang the wall a little bit which they never mentioned. My husband and I happened to notice some marks on the wall. Even at that I realize that thing is heavy. I just kind of wish they would have said something. Other than that they were fine and I would use them again. We’ve had no problems with the water heater and the quality is fine. From what I can recall they were right on with pricing. They could be a little more professional and said something about banging the wall, but it wasn't like they put a dent or anything; it just kind of made a scratch mark. My husband should have offered to help them take it out.

Not well. The plumber took an extremely long time to put in the faucet (since I had already taken out the old ones). He set oily tools on the bathroom carpet, which stained it, and the faucets were all leaking. Then when I called to talk with the owner, he was extraordinarily rude. He eventually calmed down and called me back and refunded me $200. They sent another plumber out, who fixed the leaks and was professional. The sitting tub faucet is loose and moves around like crazy. I've been meaning to call, but I don't even want to deal with them. Not a good experience at all!

It was straight forward and they came and did the job. I really like them and we have used them for other things. The cleanup was really good and there was no sign that they were there. They are really responsive and can come out really quickly within 24 hours.

Discovered a natural gas leak in my line outside the home. Gas provider came and fixed the outside line and left items to be corrected in the home before gas would be turned back on, Called Amanda's after researching Angie's list and they gave me a next morning service appointment. Thirty minutes before the appointment, Glen called to let me know he was on his, which I appreciated. He arrived and reviewed the information left by gas provider. Told me that one of the items was for an electrician, which I had not realized. Glen went right to work correcting the items on the list from the gas provider. After each repair he ran a test to ensure no gas leaks. Glen worked until everything was up to code. The representative from the gas provider that came much later in the day to reinstate my gas service commented on what an excellent job was done by the expert I had contacted. Will call Amanda's in the future for any repairs needed.

They made the correct connection in less than an hour and with high quality work!! And at no charge. They came on one day's notice on top of all else they did for me. Amanda's been my Plumber for 10 years now and you just can't get a better plumber.

Had an issue with the first repair. When I called back they were very prompt in returning and fixed the problem.

We have used Amanda Plumbing multiple times at our last 2 houses. We might be technically outside their service area now at our current house but just barely and they have come out twice without charging us extra. Once, I had a minor plumbing repair along with a major one and the guy showed me how to fix the minor issue myself and did not charge me. I REALLY appreciated that! Amanda is awesome and they are the only ones we call.

It went very well. He was polite and informative. Cleaned up after himself. All in all we were very satisfied.

We moved in from AZ the week of Txsgiving of 2013. We bought our house without noticing that the laundry room did not have a gas connection and our dryer is gas powered. We contacted a lot of companies to have that taken care of (or fixed) until we reached out to Amanda Plumbing Service. Not only they gave us the best price but the techs were very professional, courteous and did a very neat and clean job. They also explained to me what they were going to do before they started, how they were going to do it and then after that, they showed me what they've done.

They are very good. Prior to their last service we had an underground water line that had to be replaced and they did that also. We have been using them for about the last 1-1/2 years. They are very professional, complete everything that they say they are going to do and are very timely.

I received a call as promised to let me know the service tech was on the way. He performed the service as planned and aslo gave me a little bit of education on expansion tanks (longevity, how to tell if they are "bad", etc). Price was exactly as quoted. He also helped me diagnose an issue we'd been having with our water pressure. I would definitely call this company for any plumbing needs in the future.

Sales rep very professional and honest. Actual work done was average. plumber was quite concerned with being done at 5:00. had to return on second day to finish up. Had to come back and redo part of it and then just slammed it in during the rework.

Our appointment "window" was supposed to be 12-4. They called at 1:20 saying they were running late. The lady was pleasant and had guessed that it could be 3 hours before someone could come, but she'd call if it were going to be much later than that. About an hour later, someone called, but realized he had called us out of order and apologized. At 5:25 we tried to call them, but at the same time the plumber was calling us. He said he was about 45 minutes away, but was on the way. He arrived at 6:20. By the time he was done, we had to cancel our evening plans because it was too late. The person who came was very friendly, did the work in about an hour, doing as little damage as possible to our basement drywall to get to the pipes. He cleaned up any messes. However, he did not have the camera that was needed to inspect our underground drainage pipes and to give us an estimate of repair, the 2nd thing that I had requested when originally making the appointment. He immediately called the office and rescheduled for Monday. That appointment was within the allotted time frame, and that plumber was also very friendly and easy to work with. I would still use these guys again in spite of the delay. I'm hoping that it was just a "fluke," considering we were going to be the last call on the list. Certainly delays and unexpected things can happen when they are called out to the job. I would have just appreciated another call considering that they arrived almost 2 1/2 hours after the latest time they originally quoted.

They came on time. Protected the rugs and floors properly for moving the heavy units in and out. Worked efficiently with minimum fuss. Got job done in time they allotted for it. Cleaned up my driveway when something spilled and left house in perfect condi1ition1Didn't need any supervision from me for sure.. I liked their customer centered approach to job. I have used Amanda for all of our plumbing needs for ten years now and find them a-one on every job. They also work at trying to save you money - like using one large ST-12 instead of two small ones. This saving of $ in long run is the hall mark of most jobs they do for me. I'm a ten year super satisfied customer. Dave, the owner will call and get everything set just right before they come out. They are flexible on your timing needs too

Both times they were available the day after I called them and arrived at the promised time and promptly identified repairs. I was fully satisfied.

We had a tile person who was gutting and redoing a shower floor for us. The previous homeowners had put screws through our old drain, so it needed replaced. Amanda Plumbing was prompt to respond to our first call, but had to order the part and we didn't hear from them for a few days. But they did come back out and did a good job replacing the drain. Just would have liked to have heard an update from them while they were waiting for the part.

I have used them before and will continue to use them. They are very professional and considerate of the customer's time.

Ralph from Amanda plumbing came out to diagnose a drain problem we were using a camera. Ralph was very professional and diagnosed our problem and helped with any questions we had.

After contacting them on a Friday, they were able to come out on Monday to fix the issue. They offered to come out over the weekend, but it was not urgent so I chose to wait for a weekday to avoid potential additional charges. The technician arrived on time, evaluated the problem and repaired it very quickly. He provided a clear invoice so I was able to see the breakdown of labor and parts. I would definitely use and recommend them for other plumbing issues in the future.

When he finally got the toilet unclogged, he noticed that the reservoir took too long to refill. He took the time to check my well pump and discovered that the pressure was set incorrectly and that there was never enough pressure to thoroughly flush. He checked all the showers and faucet sprayers and they now work so much better. I would never have known but for him! He said that it was his job to make sure that things are working properly before he leaves, and the low pressure would have continued to cause me problems! I can't be happier than with this company!
