 + -1 moreI have used Amanda plumbing a number of times before and have always been happy with their assistance. On this visit an old faucet was removed and a Price Fister sink faucet with a popup drain cover was installed. Two new cut off valves were installed which will help in case of future repairs. The work was completed efficiently and the worker, Hayden, was polite and knowledgeable. It took an hour an a half.
Description of Work: An old bathroom faucet was leaking. The company that produced the faucet stopped making it in 2003 and cartridges were no longer available. I bought a new bathroom sink faucet and wanted Amanda plumbing to install it, together with two cut off valves so I didn't have to cut off water to the whole house in the future.

 + -1 moreHe borrowed my torch and pipe cutter to remove the old faucet and then installed two types of shut off valves. left an ugly hole in the wall of our master bedroom. And the he did not have the replacement faucet to finish the job! And on top of that we were charged overtime rates while he said that he was tired from working so many hours. UGH!
Description of Work: They were supposed to replace a leaking shower faucet. But did not have the replacement faucet or tool to compete the job.

 + -1 moreWhat they did was something that caused a flood in our house that we had to use our homeowner’s insurance to cover and they would not claim responsibility for it. They came out, look, and fixed the leak again, but they would not pay for all the damages that occurred. The workers were fine, but the owner was very unprofessional.
