They arrived when scheduled and completed the work as promised. Wonderful job - will hire again.

Crew showed up in the last hour of arrival window. They were friendly, well mannered and respectful and completed the task within one hour, as I had anticipated. The only negative was the up-charge on the parts used, as I was charged $17 for a coupling that I can purchase for less than $3 at the hardware store. All in all I am happy with the service.

On every occasion they have been out they have been excellent.

Went very well. He arrived, gave us a quote. It was a tad higher then expected, but we also needed a boring machine due to large concrete walks around the house. He scheduled the work quickly (3 business days), arrived on time, and completed in the estimated time too.

Technician arrived at the time scheduled and solved the problem quickly. He removed his boots when entering the house even after he was told it was not necessary. When the work was completed he cleaned the entire kitchen floor although his work area was only under the kitchen sink. He even fixed a minor problem with a home-owner DIY repair on the kitchen sink drain pipes.

Amanda Plumbing was very good to work with! Talked with them over the phone about what the problem seemed to be. They were very professional and asked the right questions which determined other services were needed that they don't provide. they referred us to another Angie's list provider that did a great job which has resolved the issue. Amanda didn't get paid for the conversation, but they certainly provided great service and we will definitely contact them again if needed!!

Hayden came out and snaked the clog and determined it was simply a soft clog. He was very detailed and thorough and answered all of my questions I had. Very polite and professional. This was our first clog we've had at our home after living here for 4 years. If it would happen again, he recommended getting the camera to scope it out as well. Would hire again and hope for Hayden to be the one to assist.

They fixed toilet 1 and replaced shut off valve on the second toilet but told us that the toilet was too old and they did not have parts to fix it and suggested they install a new toilet to fix the problem. I am not sure how old the toilet is - we have owned this house for 7 years - but it doesn't look "old" to me and works fine. We called another plumbing company (Jack Woods Plumbing) and they had the part to fix the running toilet in their truck and did the repair in 5 minutes. Jack Woods Plumbing charged us $19.50 for the parts (replaced toilet fill valve) and $76 for service charge. We should have, and will in the future, just called Jack Woods Plumbing and saved $.

awesome. Trenching was required, performed and backfilled. I was warned that settling would occur even though an attempt to "mound" the dirt was done. The line was connected, tested and certified. I purchased a extremely sensitive gas sniffer and none of the connections showed any signed of leakage.

Any work performed for me by Amanda Plumbing went smoothly, was completed quickly, and the workers who came to my home conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. Clean up for my bathroom project was seamless and the day they finished the job, I could not even tell anyone had been there. Prices were very competitive. The work they did was several years ago, and the last time I called with an emergency, I was told they no longer serve my area.

She gave me the info I needed to make an informed decision. Plumber, Hooby arrived quicker then I expected, which was perfect since the water heater was completely down. He called on his way. I called on Wed and they scheduled a plumber to come out on Friday morning. I had already purchased the water heater so they quoted a flat $351 rate. They called Friday morning to ensure I was home and they were there in less than 30 min. One plumber arrived and took care of the job in under 3 hours. They took away the old water heater and also removed box the new one came in. Suggested another pipe that needed replaced and they did it with only an additional 1/2 hour charge. Would recommend in the future.

The technician arrived on time, and inspected the back flow and sump pump.

I wanted my husband to replace the drain in our bathtub (it was probably the original 86'). However the project went south quickly when the drain was so corroded that it fell apart. The only piece that was whole was the part that screwed into the pipe below our bathtub. We called, and someone was out within an hour. The cost was $160 for an emergency visit, after about an hour, Dan had removed the pop drain and replaced it.

It went very well. It took approx 4 hours. Amanda Plumbing was on time, very responsible (both men respected the interior and exterior of the house), and they did a great job. I would definitly hire again. My pricing rating was due to this being the first time I ever had to have this kind of work done to my house so I didn't know what to expect. But that was the price quoted and agreed upon and that was the the final bill price.

They were honest and they gave me the option to open a wall myself rather than having them get charged to do it. They were great.

Our water pressure to the house was over 120psi; should be 60 to75psi. The builder did not install a pressure regulator, so the high pressure ruptured the bladder in the expansion tank, and the hot water heater was leaking water through the pressure relief valve. Called Amanda Plumbing on Friday, and scheduled service for Monday morning. Hayden called about 20 minutes before the scheduled time to say he was coming, and he arrived on time. He verified the issue and installed a pressure regulator. He didn't have the proper size expansion tank, so a return appointment was scheduled for Wednesday morning. Hayden snaked our clogged outside drain that the sump pump drains into. He was able to cut out the tree roots clogging the drain 68 feet out (which was good, since the snake is only 75 feet long). Hobie called about 15 minutes before the scheduled time on Wednesday, and arrived on time. He quickly installed the new expansion tank. Both plumbers were professional, quick and friendly. Work was performed correctly and without issues. I will be using Amanda Plumbing next spring when we convert to natural gas, and to replace our old water heater, and anytime we need plumbing work.

It went very well. A hole had to be cut in finished lower level ceiling to gain access to main water line. However the hole was much smaller than thought so the replacement dry wall repair should not be to extensive.

Plumber found problem with my disposal causing the back up. Was able to replace the parts same day.

They was very thorough and explained everything they did to protect the pipes from freezing in the winter. I had an empty rental unit that I was concerned about during the winter months. They bled the pipes and disconnected the outside hoses.
