The work Alert did for us was great, especially with the side door as it wouldn't lock. We were leaving soon and they came right away and got the work done on the door so we could lock it when we left. I would recommend them.

The service was incredible. I needed the locks changed immediately and called Alert the day before a holiday. I had called 10 other companies prior; each were booked and couldn't get to my house until after the holiday. Alert was at my house within 2 hours and got the job done within 1/2 hour.

GAVE A HIGH ESTIMATE, PUT ON STANDBY LIST--NO SPECIFIED WORK DATE. PAID $100 DEPOSIT. WHEN MEMBER TRIED TO CANCEL, COMPANY TRIED TO CHARGE HER 1/3 OF THE CONTRACT PRICE. THEY ALSO SENT TWO MEN TO HER HOUSE TO "STRONG ARM" HER.
