George the sales guy was very knowledgeable and no high pressure sales tactics. George was the only salesperson that came out to my house and didn't badmouth the competition. When the installers came they were very courteous and respectful. They got right to work and did not screw around . When you wait for years an years to save up to buy windows you really don't realize how much better your windows will look. When the guys finished up my big 2 double-hung with picture window in my living room it took my breath away. My windows look fabulous. I could not be more pleased with the look and quality of the windows. If you want a quality window for a great price call these guys you will mot be disappointed.

After getting estimates with a number of companies decided on window world and couldn't be happier. Their presentation, quality, price, workmanship, and warranty were all superb. The installation crew, salesman, phone reps etc. were all very friendly and professional. They did exactly what they said they would and exactly when promised. It has made a big difference in my comfort during the recent cold spells.  I have had many compliments concerning the improved overall look of my house. It amazed me of the difference in the appearance.  I only wish I would have had Window World install them years ago. But if you are looking to replace windows I would recommend you call Window World, I am sure you'll be as pleased as I am. Thanks again Window World!!

It went really well.  They did a good job and everything went as they said it would.  They were there when they said and they would be and they cleaned up.  The only thing I didn’t like is they gave me one price and then when the guy came out to measure, the price went up.

Our salesman was great. He took us through all the ins and outs of the window construction. He was responsive to the things I wanted or didn't want. He made very helpful suggestions as well. We waited about 8 weeks for delivery of the windows. The installers arrived on time, and got down to work. It took them about 3.5 days to get the whole job done.They were very professional, friendly, and they did a beautiful job. At no point in the process did I encounter anyone who wasn't professional and friendly at Window World of Dayton. I always got a good vibe from these guys and I'm very happy I chose them. We love our windows and we're getting lots of compliments from our neighbors.

It was some guarantee on their products and the services they provided. They were just literally all see people. They perfect because everything was perfect. I do not have any complaints about anything.

They placed plastic down on floors and outside for the removal and wrapped them up to be disposed. There was no mess big to clean up afterward. (Just a few little odd pieces of plastic- there was a slight breeze that day.) They were careful of the landscape around the house. Inside they swept up after themselves at each window area and were careful of the furniture.  They had called the day ahead to let me know a  when they were coming and  as the crew called also as they were leaving Dayton area for the installation.

They were very upfront and direct with the costs. I found them much cheaper than other options that were less upfront about their costs. The installation went perfectly fine, the workers were polite and the project turned just how I wanted.

We still had old aluminum single pane windows in our 1970's built home. You could sit in front of the main picture window and just feel the cold air on the back of your neck. Anyway, we got price quotes from several different companies and Window World was the least expensive by $1000. They had an impeccable record with the BBB, the Bettter Homes and Gardens seal of approval and we even knew someone that had purchased windows from them so we went ahead and signed the contract. It was Spring when the windows were ordered so it did take about 8 weeks to get them made. They were installed in July of 2012. It was all done in a day and the installers were very good, if not the prettiest to look at. Its been about 16 months since our windows were installed because I wanted to get through at least one heating and cooling season before I submitted a review. I've got to say, I couldn't be happier with our new windows from Window World. They are very nice to look at, easy to clean, and my  utility bills have dropped more than I thought they would. Thanks Window World. I don't really care for the company name, but you make great windows.

The cost estimate seemed pretty cursory and not detailed enough to feel comfortable with. I was afraid that they did not factor in a lot of the costs so the final true price could have potentially gone up if I went with them. Bottom line, I was not confident of their estimate so I didn't pursue their service

They seem to have the best products for the price. The salesman was very thoughtful, friendly and knowledgeable. The installers came in and they did five windows and a patio door and it took them about five to six hours. They cleaned after themselves and put the blinds back up. They were very professional.
