I was extremely satisfied with their responsiveness, friendliness and the rates which they charged.  I felt that they provided better service at a lower price then what my credit union was offering for this service.  I would seek them out to use again.

My experience with Triad was awesome. The staff was friendly, patient, courteous, and most important, very knowledgeable. A "closing" is a complex process, and I had a lot of questions regarding the lender contracts. Triad went above and beyond the call of duty to answer all of my questions and they explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. I will definitely use their services again in the future.
