They were efficient and pretty much on the mark as to how long it would take. They came right away. The salesman did the estimate on a Tuesday and they did the installation on Thursday. I used them because I had received a mailing from them. The pricing was good. It was competitive with other estimates I had.

This is the worst company.   My father used Stevenson for many years and they probably used to be very good, but someone bought them out and it has been awful since then. 

The technicians are absolutely fine.  (Except for the drain cleaning, see below) they have always been fine.  They seem to know their jobs and are very pleasant. The company is horrible.  Their customer service is ridiculous.  You call some jokers in North Carolina or somewhere far away and they are very unhelpful.  They have no technical knowledge and can only take a message. Even if they sound nice, they don't do any follow-up. They do not pass in information to the local people.  If you have a problem I think they just throw away the message.  They are highly interested in sales, though, so if you are a new customer, they will probably be very helpful.  If you want general maintenance, plan ahead because they will try to book you two months in advance.

A couple of years ago, they started a plumbing division and had a special deal for a survey of plumbing.  I have had problems with sewer line back up that I wanted analyzed.  They supposedly looked at everything and said everything looked OK.  They snaked my drain for $99 and it backed up 2 months later.  I called them because I thought it was wrong that I had a problem so soon.  They did absolutely nothing.  They told me basically that it was my tough luck.  I asked them to have the service manager call me and I never received a call.  Rather than fight with these jerks, I called Eddie's sewer, had my drain snaked again and it has never given me a problem since then. (I have it snaked approx. every 18 mos. for general maintenance.) Needless to say, I will never use Stevenson again.

My mother had a new air conditioner installed.  It has been fine, but I have learned from the good HVAC contractors that she overpaid in a big way.  We have two more annual services on our contract and then it's good-bye forever to Stevenson.

I tried to find the parts since he said that he couldn't check out until later in the day due to his call load.  Called Butler Heating since a friend had had good luck finding parts there for older furnace. Sure enough they had One kit and could get the other one.  I asked what the charge would be to install same. I was quoted $79 service. $275 for first 5KWstri  and $160 for the second 5KW for a total of $514.00 as compared to their $162 service call plus $900 for parts and installation for a total of $1,062. Double the price of Butler heating. 

             Of course I used Butler. Upon Butler's inspection he found the heating elements to be good and the real problem was the a contactor and 2 fuseable  links. He did not have to pull the water softner to service furnace. The total cost including service call was $527.00. Half of Stevensons quote. I have called twice and my wife once to speak someone in management but no one returns our calls. We want the $162.00 service call refunded due to wrong diagnosis.

            In my estimation they are Thieves. Don't use. Call Butler Heating. I built custom residential homes for 45 years and was very familiar with the old Stevenson Heating. These are new owners and are ruthless.   Jarred Haney

They are a little expensive but the work is of good quality. They are prompt and professional.

I've used them for years, they do a fine job. They always call if they're going to be late.

Called another Heating and AC provider and would not come out due to evening and involving an attic.  Temperatures up in the 80's in the house.  Called Stevenson and they came out that night (Friday) in a timely manner and was professional.

Service tech checked Furnace and AC for operation and efficency. Prompt courteous and careful not make a mess in the house. Performed through check up.

Service Experts is one of the few Nest Thermostats certified installers.  They came out to install my Nest for Heating, Air, and house Humidifier.  He was on time, and the price is what Nest offers, so it is a set price.  It took about an hour, and that is what they said over the phone.  
Everything went well initially, but there was one scenario that wasn't tested, and there was an issue.  Basically the humidifier always was on when the furnace was on, and should based upon the house's humidity.
I called them once I realized the problem.  They came out that day, fixed it, walked through all the scenarios with me to prove that it was fixed.  So they were great when an issue happened. 
I am still giving an A, even though there was an issue.  Mistakes happen and I grading them on how a business reacts and they were an A+ on that.

Service Experts has been my heating/HVAC/plumbing provider for many years. I called December 29 for a service call to add a water line for a new refrigerator with ice maker, which I never had previously.
The serviceman was scheduled Jan 2, and arrived on time. His orders stated hook up the new refrigerator to a water line, a short job, but did not mention there was no water line at the location- which I had definitely told the clerk when I called on 12/29. He inspected the house and determined the supplies needed to attach a new line and cut-off to the cold water pipe near the water heater in the basement, run a plastic line across the width of the basement, and drill an opening through the kitchen floor where the line would come up behind the refrigerator. He left for the plumbing supply store nearest my house, explaining he did not have material needed on his truck for the unexpected part of the job. He called later to report he had checked two suppliers near my house in Clifton, but only a supplier in Blue Ash had the sizes needed. Therefore, he had another serviceman near the supplier pick up the supplies and complete the job. The second serviceman arrived and completed the job. He showed me where the new line hooked up, and where the cut-off valve was located. He demonstrated that the water was flowing at the point where it entered the refrigerator. The installation is neatly done, and he cleaned the work site. 
While the misunderstanding caused a delay, the work was done well on the day expected, and both servicemen were polite, helpful and competent. I am satisfied with the job done.

They do a great job, I have never had any complaints. I have been using them for years.

I love this company because of their fast service. I will be using their services again in the future.

Overall, the job eventually gets done. However, very seldom does it get completed without some problem with scheduling, inexperienced servicemen or higher price then planned or overcharging for an item.

They do real well.  It's probably been over a year that they have come here.  They are real clean.  They make their appointments on time.  They are knowledgeable of their systems.  They are courteous.  We just always call them because they have been reliable.  I know some of our neighbors also called them.  Their price is about the same as every body really.  I just went and bought two filters from their local office.
