After two weeks I sent an email to find out the status of the order. Their website did not understand my order number. This was 9/3/09. They called back and said that the bandsw blades would be sent within a week. The rest would be in October since they had to be manufactured. I emphasized that the bandsaw blades were needed immediately before summer ended. Today, 10/8/09, I received 2 out of 6 items which did not include the bandsaw blades or the jointer blade set. I have had no futher calls from them explaining what happened. The website still does not know my order number. The sale did not say the items were not in stock. The website in impossible to navigate. I am stuck using them due to the unique nature of their equipment. I also noted that the franchise selling there equipment at the Minnesota State Fair was not there for the first time in 50 years.
Description of Work: Shopsmith has a 50 year all-in-one tool for woodworking by the home owner. Their tool is not supported elsewhere. Thus, I ordered from them bandsaw blades (on special sale), jointer blades, and a jointer sharpening jig.
