We have been regular customers for quite a while.  If we contact them about a problem, such as a tree needing to be pruned or removed, or treated for diseases/pests, they are prompt at getting back to you to make arrangements.  They contact us early every spring to find out if we wish to continue to use their lawn services, and they give you a number of options on what sort of service you would like.  They are very good about calling a few days ahead of time to let you know when they will be coming to apply treatments. All in all, a nice bunch of folks to do business with!

The gentleman who made the free proposal was very personable and helpful. I enjoyed the workmen who knew what they were doing, worked well together, and were very courteous. Because of the bad ice storm in Feb. 2011, I've just hired them to come out in the next 2 weeks for $280 to remove broken limbs, cut back stubs, remove low limb of one tree that, when iced over, lay on top of power line to house, haul away brush. They will be working on 3 maple trees and a badly hit hawthorne tree.
