Absolutely do NOT take your furry children here. You trust that they are taken care of, and you would be mistaken. We have brought our dog there a few times now, and this time our dog went on a near death adventure. After handoff of our dog with the young blonde employee with our dog in our walker harness and leash, we went to the car to unload the 2nd dog, and instead had our 1st dog go darting across the parking lot. No lease, no collar, no harness. He then proceeded to run terrified through the huge parking lot and across 4 lanes of busy traffic on Indian Ripple Rd. The employee then stood on the sidewalk and said 'oh, he won't come back to me' and just stood there. We were finally able to find him and corner him in a back yard nearby (after hurting ourselves to get to him with the fence). The staff absolutely did not give a **** about the safety of our dog, didn't make any attempt to get the dog after their negligence, and then acted like nothing happened (nor were they in the wrong). If our 2 year old, 30lb pup was hit by a car this would be an EXTREMELY different conversation, police report, and insurance claim.

This place is dirty and smells like cat pee. They recycle the bathing water and dont measure the shampoos correctly. They also give everyone different prices, no consistant price list. The owner and main groomer are both very rude!!! The actual haircuts aren't that bad, but the bathing and the customer service is horrible.

What an awesome, caring, professional place to take my beloved fur babies. They nurtured and cared for my two dogs as they were getting an awesome grooming. They actually allow the “parents” to wait in the area where all the grooming takes place. I saw not only my poochie get the royal treatment but each animal that came to be groomed was treated with love and compassion. Every one of them looked awesome as they left. I have and will continue to take my dogs here to be treated to a grooming.

. We were looking for a groomer for our 14 yr old Westie. We found this groomer on Angie's List. We inquired by e-mail , received a prompt reply and made an appointment. The staff took a reasonable medical history so as to make the experience easier on the older dog. They do not cage the pet so the grooming took less than two hours. We were very pleased with their work and their overall service to us. We will use them again.

Since the business of bathing cats was completely new to me as well the three felines in my care, none of us knew what to expect. We were treated well by the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Poochie Bath and Boutique. They explained what they were doing and why, and took care to keep their canine customers at a distance from where my cats were waiting while taking turns being bathed. I stayed there with them because I was interested in the process, as well as to calm the two who were waiting. There were customers who dropped off their dogs and picked them up later, as well as some who chose to bathe their dogs themselves, with the staff available to help or advise as needed. There was a lot going on at once in the shop, but it was clearly under control and the staff worked well with each other and their customers.
