It went perfect. Steve the computer guy was right on time. I have used this business quite a few times and everyone is so patient with me I am not the smartest when it comes to a computer. I purchased several hours when there was a special and I have to say it was money well spent, these guys have helped me over the phone several times besides coming to my home. I learn something new every time. Very pleased with any and all work.

Chris arrived a little early, which was fine with me. I had a list of things I wanted addressed and he got right to work. He changed the default font on  my Outlook mail, uninstalled Firefox for me, replaced my out-dated version of the game Bejeweled with the latest version, and showed me how to put CDs on my iPad. He also helped me buy Malwarebytes, and set up a schedule for it to run for the year of my subscription. He addressed an issue with my scanner, and showed me what to do to get the clearest image from it. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. On Spot Techs are definitely my "go to" guys!

All communication was very professional. Chris came to the house on time, I was so glad to see him because the computer was running way too slow. First of all I know very little about computers, I get from point A to point B and hope I don't mess up in between. Well evidently I messed up in between big time, had all kinds of errors and other stuff that didn't need to be there. Chris cleaned it all up and now it's running great. I will definitely use their service again, because I'm sure I will mess up again going from point A to point B and taking a detour in between. Chris, by the way knew his stuff, was personable though a little quiet and by the end of the visit I felt he was not a stranger. Spoke with Eric who gave me a service date for a technician (Chris) to arrive at my house. Chris arrived on time and I related to him the history of problems I had with my laptop. He hooked it up with an electronic diagnostic tool to determine if everything was in operating order. As the device was executing, I related the long history of problems I'd had. Chris listened carefully to the issues I described. At first the tool showed the computer was OK, but as time passed, the laptop started acting up as it had in the past. Chris opined that the problem was likely a faulty hard drive. I'd considered that in the past, so his recommendation made my decision to replace the hard drive easy. He took the computer to the shop, installed a new hard drive and loaded MS Windows 10 and returned it in a day. After his return, he remained to ensure everything was in working order. He also downloaded several software programs during his stay. So far, everything works great. Thanks Chris for doing great diagnostic work and assisting me with the downloads and multiple questions I posed for you. Chris was patient and very professional. On Spot Techs is now my go to computer repair shop.

Chris arrived when scheduled and was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly.  He fixed the problems I was having with my printer and the scanner on the spot.  Since I really like my laptop and did not want to spend twice as much to replace it as the new hard drive would cost, I decided to go with the replacement.  Chris ordered the part and saved everything from my hard drive onto a storage device.  When the part came in, he came back and picked up the computer, took it to their shop and replaced the hard drive and reloaded the operating system, etc.  When it was done, he brought the laptop back and reloaded the software like Office and some games I had onto the computer.  I was very favorably impressed with his professionalism and helpful attitude.  I highly recommend On Spot Techs.

Spent 2 hours trying to repair my computer.  I decided to cut my losses and purchase a new ASUS laptop.  It was delivered two days later.  I am thrilled with it.  No drama, no blue screens, no problems.

Computer is a few years old so is bogged down by operating system updates, virus updates, etc. Technician deleted or deactivated some things including unnecesary startup programs. Computer is quite improved though I will still need to replace it when I get around to it. Tech did a thorough job that took a lot of time without extra charge.

Everything worked out well. I was very pleased with the service and with how the person presented himself. (nicely dressed and groomed)

Was very responsive and kept both home appointments on schedule.  Professional and knowledgeable in his work.  Would definitely use again.

Computer seemed to be running slow. A malware program was installed that I did not have. Also Chris found a better picture editing program for me than the one I was using. Took the time to explain things to me in plain English! He was very professional and courteous. Will definitely use On Spot Techs again for any computer issues.

Well.  Anticipating usage for an upgrade

They have been out 3 different times and Chris has been very patient,and knowledgeable on fixing our problems.

My computer did not open after i did a restart at 1:00 PM, nothing, a black screen and I was due to work at 4:00 PM. I called three computer techs on Angie's List . The first didn't call back until I was paying On Spot for a job well done, 4 hours after they said they would call back. The second said hello and hung up as soon as i gave my name. On Spot has a very professional office staff. When I explained that I work from home and needed my computer up and running by 4:00, they apologized saying they could not be here until 4:30. It was 2:30 when I caledl them and I was overjoyed that a tech could be here at 4:30. Chris arrived early. He was able to get my computer to run and diagnosed the issue quickly then He had to remove at least 23 malwear especially the one that was blocking Malwearbyts. it took two hours to clean up the mess. He advised me to reinstall Zone Alarm. I had been using it for years and I uninstalled it when My employers installed a new supper dupper security program. It's not so supper dupper. Back to Zone Alarm, it may be a pain in the butt, but it works. I may have lost part of my shift. but thanks to ON Spot I was able to work part of it.
