My son and I noticed an electric "burn" smell in his room and we couldn't place it. However, as soon as we saw the sparks, we threw the breaker and unscrewed the light plate, and discovered that the connections had literally burned/melted. We called several electricians, but none of them could get to us for at least four days -- a serious inconvenience as that circuit held not only all the electric for my son's room, but also the electric for the pump (we have a well). We called late in the afternoon and Mr. Electric was able to be here the next morning.
The electrician was courteous, professional, and informative. After he replaced the switches, he replaced the light to make sure the second switch was working, a ceiling light that we thought was long dead. After he finished, he also checked the other light switches in the basement to make sure they were safe.

This company is super professional. I will never use anyone else except Mr. Electric for our electrical needs. The company was on time, used protective covering on shoes, gave us a fair price - worked efficiently and conducted themselves in a professional manner. The cost of an all day job was not unreasonable. Also, there was follow up from the company. I only wish that everyone who performed a service would represent and do the great job that this company has done. Most importantly, we feel our home is safe regarding the job that they have performed.

They were able to fit me in the day after I called and the technician was done with the work in just a couple of hours. The outlet looks wonderful and appears to be very well sealed and insulated. I was very pleased.

Jeff arrived ahead of schedule. We discussed the problem and he went right to work to find the cause. He fixed the circuit and we now have lights in the bathroom along with working electrical sockets in adjoining room. He suggested a panel tune-up which he said was needed and showed me why. He tightened up the screws and checked out the complete panel. We have a fixture that hangs over the dinning room table that needed adjustment. He quoted us a price and said it would take about an hour. I had cleaned the fixture with the sweeper and moved the arms out of adjustment. He spent the next hour measuring and moving the arms to the proper alignment.

The worker seemed very competent and friendly. He went about his work, finished in about an hour, I paid and he left. I was left with a good impression and would hire the company. That's about it.

Jeff was prompt that morning. He used booties on his feet so as not to mess up our floors. He was courteous at all times.

The team was very respectful of my time, budget and my home, which is critical to me. They arrived promptly and finished exactly when they estimated that they would. I wasn't home when they finished, but called with questions the next day and was greeted with the information that I needed.

Brad arrived early (preceded by a phone call to let us know his arrival time). He was very professional. He performed diagnostics on the GFI switch that kept tripping, advised me of the alternatives, and very efficiently performed the repairs. He showed me their pricing book and provided an estimate for future work. I will definitely use Mr. Electric in the future for all electrical needs.

The first technician arrived with his own mat to keep debris out of the house. He checked out the job my son-in-law had done the day before, when a circuit in one downstairs room shorted out; and pronounced it a job well done. The second downstairs room was never wired properly, causing circuit breakers to frequently blow. The wiring was such a nightmare that the first technician could not figure it out. He called his supervisor, who came out 5 days later. The job was done quickly and efficiently and we were not charged for the first day. I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the charge was when I was presented with the bill. I will definitely use them again.

They are very respectful. They had to move a lot of stuff to do the electrical work, and they were very courteous while doing that. After they were done with my yard, my yard looked the exact thing. I would highly recommend them.

Our Pole lamp in the front yard fell over in the snow storm last winter. Mr. Electric came out and capped off the wiring and took it in the garage. I just got a chance to have it replaced. Mr. Electric sent the same gentlemen who had taken it down. I had to get a new pole so I got one with a sensor on it. He dug down to the wiring, replaced the new pole , installed the lamp and clened up. You could never tell it was down except now I have light.
They are wonderful. They were so kind, very prompt and courteous. I even asked a couple questions about some inside problems and he reasured me that it wasn't serious only needed a new outlet. Not many people do this now. I have found several companies I have called for other things that try to make it more serious and more money!
I would highly recomend Mr. Electric to anyone anywhere.

I am very pleased with their service. The electrician understood the problems and correct each one in a very rapid manner. I needed a ceiling outlet for my garage door opener. He found a feed line quickly and installed the outlet in just a few minutes.
I also had an issue with the service box. The previous owners had attached some wires incorrectly and I was convinced the service box was going to need to be replaced. Instead the electrician merely changed out a breaker and all is well

The soil against my foundation settled over two feet, pulling the electric meter socket off the side of my home. I had three electricians provide estimates for replacing the socket, which required digging a trench for the electric line. Mr. Electric's price was in the middle but I hired them because I felt I would receive the best value. Their technician took the time to carefully explain what needed to be done and the potential problems that could arise. The job was completed on time and I was very impressed by the quality of the work. I'd hire them again.
