I purchase a property about 45 minutes north of Columbus. I started my furniture shopping experience 9 weeks before I was scheduled to take possession of the new property in hopes that I could move in with new livingroom furniture. The sales associate was extremely helpful in helping us make a selection for the new home. However, due to Covid her hands were tied regarding availability. We settled for a delivery of 16 days beyond the date of our move as there was nothing else that could be done. I received a phone call 5 days prior to the schedule arrival date saying our new furniture had arrived in the Dayton warehouse from the manufacturer. Hooray!! I was then told because of my location they only deliver to my area once a month and i would now have to wait another 10 days (5 days beyond the scheduled date) to have our order delivered to our new house. Something to do with the contract they have with the 3rd party delivery company. Not my problem. I was informed I could pick my order up at their Dayton location which is a 2 hour drive one way. They refused to deliver to the store where the order originated. It so happens we are still in possession of the previous residence and could change the delivery to their. The order would arrive much quicker. The previous residence is 2.3 miles from the store. They will come there, but not the store. Ok, makes zero sense, but... Now, if I deliver to the previous address and then rent a truck and move my furniture 45 minutes north myself I'm told my manufacturer warranty becomes null and void. For the money spent on this order, which was overpriced in my opinion, PLUS additional fees for delivery charges I should have had my order on a truck the day after it arrived at the distribution center and delivered to my residence. The service after the purchase has not been anything I would expect for the price point of the merchandise. I will not purchase from this company, or its affiliates, again. I also will not recommend this company to new customers. Unless, of course, you live in or near Fairborn, Ohio, and have extra disposable income for their price tier.

All 3 pieces were broke when delivered and I have had nothing but grief since I have tried to get them repaired. I couldn't get the pictures to upload to show you.
Description of Work: Purchased a leather, recliner couch, loveseat and chair.

From the day it was delivered the love seat was broken. We have had 7 service calls out to our home to fix one thing or another on the loveseat. Eventually customer service stopped calling me back until I filed a claim with the Better Business Breau,. Then I got a call the next day. Now not only is the loveseat broken again but the couch is now falling apart.
Description of Work: We purchased couch and love seat with the warranty.

Description of Work: I bought living room furniture. My sofa did not arrive in time for my guests and Morris gave me "loaner" pieces so that I could accommodate my visitors. They picked up the "loaner" pieces when they delivered my order. I am so very satisfied with my purchases and my experience that "A" falls short of describing my joy with Morris.
