I feel like they are honest. They gave me advice about my car. They were quick to repair. The price was a little high but I don't know how to compare that with all of the work they did.

They do a great job. I will keep using them.

I had to change my two rear tail lights on my car, and I had new ones which were aftermarket. I called pro care and they told me that they could do it. I took my car there and they told me to come back in an hour. When I returned the mechanic told me that the electrical hookups in the replacement lights were not right, and that I needed to return the lights and get new ones. I was surprised and asked them to show me the problem. When the mechanics took the lights out they had left small scratches on the bumper. I pointed them out and no one seemed to acknowledge. One mechanic said "yeah, the scratch is in the clear coat", but when I asked what they were going to do about it they didn't say anything. In the end they were able to hook up the lights but they were not working correctly (fast turn signals, the entire light was not lighting up when I pressed the brake) so when I got home I read on line how to change the lights and opened them myself. It turns out that the so called mechanics cross connected the wires and a simple changing of the wires to the correct position fixed the problem. After getting several small starches on my bumper, rude service, and a $100 bill I was very upset when I was able to fix the problem myself. I would never take any care to this place again!

I have been using this place for fifteen years. Their mechanics are just excellent. They are located in close proximity to my job and they do just about any kind of automotive repairs. They are fast, friendly, and dependable.

THEY ARE EFFICIENT WITH THEIR TIME. THEY GIVE US A TIME AND THEY WERE FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. WE REALLY LIKE THAT THEY CLEAN OUT THE INTERIOR OF OUR CAR FOR FREE EACH TIME WE TAKE IT THERE.
