They were extremely courteous, did what they promised, and delivered on time. They did a couple of extra things unrelated to the insurance settlement without charging me for them. The work was excellent. I could not see where it had been repaired

I was in a rear end collision, and this was the Progressive insurance and quot;recommendedand quot; facility to perform the repairs. I do not have a body shop that I regularly deal with, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Ovarall I was pleased. The rear bumper and fender were repaired in a timely fashion, the colors matched perfectly. Overall the service was prompt and professional. However, I am not sure I would go to a dealership for non-insurance paid repairs. I'm not sure the Progressive negotaiated price would match what I would pay on my own.

Jeff Schmidt had a used White BMW convertible 2 seater on the lot. It was several years old so it was priced in the $17000 range which wasn't bad. My wife and I stopped into the dealership to test drive the car. Please keep in mind that I'm 48 years old and drove in to the lot in a convertible Audi TT. We asked to take the BMW out for a test drive and they would not allow my wife and I to take the car out for a test drive together (it only has two seats)! Terrible experience, most dealerships I've been to have no issues letting my wife and I test drive cars so we can discuss it without a salesman in the car too. Jeff Schmidt let us walk, we will not go back.
Who wants to test drive a two seat auto separately just so a salesman can tag along? Really Jeff Schmidt, get a clue on customer service.

I took my car in on a Thursday and dropped it off, and was out in no time. They have the friendliest staff and the neatest waiting room where you can have coffee or cold beverages. After it was done, they met me and took me to my car to inspect it with me. I felt really good about the experience. This is where we will go from now on.

They are thorough. They know what they are doing. They know their products. They stand behind their work. They are busy, so sometimes you have to wait. They are very professional. I have used them for quite a few years.

They have done a great job! They always stay on top of work that needs to be done, and are good about letting me know what my car might need. They are always pleasant to work with.
