Mostly great. all 4 guys left for lunch at same time without letting us know though, leaving garage door open. It Had to be unlocked for them because of thefts around here. They came back from lunch and turned off electricity with no warning. Other than that, I liked the service.

My mother is in her 80's. She was very pleased with the gentleman that came out, they got right to work, answered her questions about other possible issues.   Yes we would be very happy to use them in the future.

called Bonham Electric on New Years eve. I had never used them before but got the name form this site. They were amazing! Very cost efficient and did the job perfectly! They even followed up with our tenants without me knowing! HIGHLY recommend!

We have an older condo. Our electrical outlets are series wired (one goes out, none of them work) My significant other replaced all of the outlets, but they still didn't work. So, we called Bonham electric. They responded quickly to our call. They showed up on time. Brandon was quickly able to figure out that an outside electrical outlet (which oddly enough, was still working) was the issue. During our last big storm, the siding on our condos had been replaced. The company that did that job did not properly insulate the outside outlets. This caused damage to the box and the system. Unfortunately, they did not have the right fitting boxes, but they were able to seal off that box and re-wire the series so that all my indoor outlets worked. They also took the time to re-wire a few light switches inside that would switch off and on all the other outlets in that room. We were really happy with their dedication and knowledge. It was a bit costly. For just over an hour of time, it was $180 (that was the price with a 10% coupon from Angie's List), but we are quite happy over all.

They came on time worked hard all day and cleaned up afterward. They were professional and courteous. They did a a very good clean neat job. The electrical inspector even knew of them and said they always do good proper work.
They were great from the call to set up the estimate to getting the job done. I would highly recommend them for you electrical needs.I will use them again if I  need any electrical work done.

All areas of the company appear to work great together. Had no problems from the beginning to the end. Installation was great and I am very happy with all aspects of the project.  Installation team Paul and Josh were very professional and hard working. Have absolutely no complaints and I find this very refreshing for once as I deal with contractors on a regular basis.

I called Bonham Electric Monday morning hoping to schedule a service call later in the week. The young lady I spoke with informed me that they may be able to come this same afternoon. She told me that most techs finish up their bookings between 2 and 4 and if one did in fact do so they would call me. At just about 2 I was called and told that someone would be there in about 15 to 20 mins. Right on cue he appeared and quickly fixed our problem. Good personality, informative and apparently knowledgeable. The price was as I thought it may be, $70 for the service call and $25 in labor minus the Angie's List coupon for a total of $85. We have a couple of small improvement projects in mind and will definitely be calling Bonham for those.

Polite and curtious. Cleaned up afterwards. Already highly recommended them to a few people.

Everything went well.  The workers performed the work professionally and in minimal time.  They cleaned up after themselves.  This is at least the second time that we used them and we have never been disappointed.

This was the third time I've used Bonham Electric since moving into this house in summer of 2013.  Knowledgeable, professional, punctual and hard working crew.  Very courteous and responsive to questions.  The chandelier installation was completed in less than 20 minutes.

I was extremely impressed with Shawn's (and by extension with Jeff Bonham Electric) integrity and professionalism.  He was honest and up-front with me and saved me the cost of an emergency service call.  I will not hesitate to use Jeff Bonham Electric in the future.  Thanks Shawn.

First Contact

I used the form on their web site to request a quote.  I received a call the next day setting up the appointment to gather information for the quote. They arrived promptly and spent about half an hour reviewing the environment and getting specifics.  I received a line-item quote with accurately articulated tasks via e-mail within 24 hours.  I accepted the quote and an appointment was arranged for about 10 days later.
The Work Itself
Two electricians arrived on time (8:30AM), reviewed the tasks to be completed and got down to business.  They prepared the work areas to minimize mess and respected the living space (example: did not bang the ladders on the soft, newly-installed real hardwood floor causing unnecessary dings).  When needed, they asked for input regarding lighting placement before finalizing the installation.  They adjusted the chandelier to the proper height which required removing some unnecessary extensions.  All of the malfunctioning switches, ceiling fans and smoke detectors were put back in working order within a few hours--no small task considering the way the space was originally wired.  Once verifying all of the work was completed satisfactorily, they cleaned up the work area including using a dust mop on the floors and removing the old shower fan.  They were on site for about 7.5 hours.
If there was a rating higher than 'A', I would give it. If you're fortunate enough to reside in their service area and need electrical work done, call them and have confidence that the work will be done professionally, on-time and as quoted.

They fixed it like new and it is excellent. This is not the first time that I have had work done to trouble shoot the circuit. Somebody did it before and I thought they had fixed it but I feel reasonably sure it is fixed this time. He was so nice and receptive to my limitations. He went back and forth till he found it. He was right on time. He was good. I would be pleased to use his services more. I never saw him before I found his name on Angie’s List, and it was the first time I had ever seen the guy who came to the door. I don’t know if he is a worker or owner or what, but he was very professional.

Called for estimate, gentleman was prompt and thourgh.
Work was scheduled to occur in less than 2 weeks from approval of estimate.
Workers on time, friendly,  answered all questions easily and politely.
Would use again in a heartbeat!

He was great and prompt. Price was great. He knew what he was doing, very quick with the work he was doing and they were wonderful. I am probably going to using them again here in the next few months.

Mark and Jeff Bonham both came out to trouble shoot our problem.  After checking our system they determined the problem and repaired it in a quick and efficient manner. Very friendly and professional gentlemen to work with. We would definately call them again.

Jeff Bonham Electric Inc did an outstanding job with our light installation.  Starting with an initial visit by Jim Bonham, followed by careful work and detailed explanations by two outstanding employees.  Can lights were installed in the lower level living room, and this required breaking through plaster ceiling to wire the electricity.  Lights were also installed in the Master Bedroom with minimal damage to the ceiling due to the attic access.  On the first day of the job, we decided to make a change to the original lighting layout and the workers were very accommodating - helping us in our design thought process.  The initial quote was approximately the final price, however, the work took a little longer than originally estimated.  But, the job was well done and the results are terrific - I highly recommend this company.

We used this company three times and on all three occasions, they arrived promptly to begin work.  All crew members were very knowledgeable.  The estimated time to complete the work was accurate.  They ran lines for four new outlets, installed interior and exterior lights, and installed 200 amp service (over three service dates).  Will definitely use them again.
