"Obviously you decided to leave out some of the facts out Mrs. K so I will go ahead and respond so that others can hear the truth. You forgot to inform everyone how your shed doors and the wood frame were completely rotted and we advised you that rebuilding the entire frame and a complete rebuild of the doors would be needed for a longer fix and you did not want to pay the extra money to do so. We did exactly what you asked and informed you that this fix would be temporary and eventually you would need to rebuild the frame of the shed doors as well and you still did not want to pay anymore money to have a more permanent fix. We always abide by our warranties and unfortunately you were outside of the warranty but even if you were not this issue would not have been covered because the issue was not due to the workmanship but due to rotted wood that we informed you of from the beginning. We are truly sorry you feel the way you do but we feel we did all we could to help you over a year ago and because you didn't want to pay a little more money the end result is just what we predicted. You also signed off noting your satisfaction of the completed job and paid in full when we were finished and have not heard from you in over a year."
"Mr. CXXXXXX, There is no fraud or theft! You have not even paid your bill in full and your window was a special order window that came back from the manufacturer with a defect. We tried to work with you many times on scheduling and you were only available on certain days. We had to order parts then a whole other window because of a manufacturer error not ours. I have returned every call you have made and you never return my calls. Stating that I should be locked up is blasphemous and certainly not the case. This could all be worked out with communication and maturity so you have our office number if you would like to come to a resolution!"

"It is hard to reply to someone who isn't a customer but a family member of the customer. The home owner is an older lady and showed us exactly what bathroom she wanted done, after we started removing the wallpaper she then stopped us and told us she didn't want to pay the fee for wallpaper removal and just wanted the bathroom painted at that point we advised her that the paint would not do well on the wallpaper and would bubble she said she didn't care and that's what she wanted. Her son called me and demanded we fit them in our schedule when he was in town because he wanted to be there after we already started the project. I told him we would do our best to accommodate this but it was not guaranteed because we already had time allotted for this project and if we stop there could be a major delay in scheduling. The son is upset because we could not move other customers around to accommodate him unfortunately."

"Jordan is dishonest. Due to the recent tornados in Dayton, we were 1 day behind schedule and notified them in advance of this. Another delay was the plumbing, when we arrived, he added several umbing items which delayed us a by about 12 hours because our plumber was at another job. He refused to pay when the work was done even though he told our technician he did a great job and signed off on the job being done to his satisfaction. He then called the office and said he would be in the next day to pay in full. He never showed up or even called. Then decided he wanted to argue the pricing that his wife accepted before we began work on the home."
"Mr. B, We did all the work that you paid for the first time we were there. You also never have the materials we tell you need. You then added extra work while we were there that had to be completed a different day. You have been scheduled multiple times and then when we show up you forget we scheduled you. Our tech had a vehicle issue Monday that was beyond our control and I told you I would schedule you as soon as I could. You call the office 5 times a day and sometimes we are on another line when you call we do not get texts from you. As you said we do quality work we also never leave a job uncompleted. It is not fair to say we did not do the work you paid for when we did."

"As specified in our quote, "LABOR ONLY to install special order door provided by homeowner." We went out, measured the door, gave her the measurements and scheduled her out for three weeks so the door could be made. Home Depot had doors for her but she wanted special doors which cost 750.00. She even asked us to install doors when they come in. She never asked for the owner to call, she asked if she could use our account to get a discount on the doors. We love our customers including this one but you have to be honest when leaving feedback. We have been doing this for over 15 years, we always have homeowner order special orders."
"Spoke with owner who left the review and he agreed he jumped the gun on the review. We guarantee our work. When we left that day the outside spicket was perfect. When he called saying it was dripping again, we said we would fix it for free or replace the whole spicket. When we returned to the home to assess the problem with the spicket we found a completely new issue that was not related to the first problem and were able to repair it and they even had us do a couple additional things around the home. He said he would amend the review. He called us back saying he did not know how to amend it. Happy Homeowner"
