Chris came out to look at what we needed and recommended a tankless water heater. Although it was a little more than what we were hoping to spend, it was the best decision we made. They were able to convert us from electric to gas, install the water heater and had us going again. They were professional and explained everything. We have an endless supply of nice hot water and I have more space. Absolutely found our go to plumbers. Thank you for everything.

I will definitely be using this company again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing work. Every single person I've talked to at this company has been professional, courteous, and very helpful. Both the quality of work and the price were outstanding. They were actually a little early for their appointment (how often can you say that about a service provider?), they completed the job quickly, and cleaned everything up when they were done. Soon after they left, I realized I had some questions about the shut-off valve at the toilet that I'd forgotten to ask, and the installers took the time to return to my home and answer all of my questions completely. I liked that I was able to purchase the exact toilet and faucet I wanted ahead of time and they were happy to install both without pressuring me to purchase anything from them (I've had issues with other service providers in the past "recommending" their own products and charging me more to install items that I supplied myself. Not the situation with this company, they were happy to install the items I purchased and didn't charge me any extra for it). Start to finish, it was a superior experience.

Narrow Path Plumbing was very responsive and communicated well prior to the job. The plumber did great work, and the price was reasonable.

I have used Narrow Path twice before and -- once again -- the plumber arrived on time, was very pleasant, worked quickly, and did a great job. I also have an adult male Chow Chow who is very protective and barks a lot at anyone unfamiliar who comes into the house and --unlike some service people who come into my home -- he followed my request for "no eye contact, no talk, no touch" with the dog (which causes the dog to stop barking much more quickly than if someone tries to "make friends" (which isn't going to happen, anyway)).

I'm a repeat customer. On Saturday morning the Fluidmaster ballcock in my master bath malfunctioned and started spraying water everywhere. After I shut the water off, i gave them a call, and they were once again able to come out a few hours later and replace it. It only took a few minutes, and while he was here he showed me how to get the handle off of my bathroom faucets so i could clean them. Awesome response time. They are proving to be my go to plumbing service..

The toilet in the bathroom off my bedroom developed a leak last night (Sept. 14, 2017) rendering it unusable. We discovered it about 6:00 pm. Although not an emergency, this created a major inconvenience. I called Narrow Path Plumbing at that time. I asked if I could get this taken care of the next day. I was told that they would fit me in their schedule. Although there weRe other plumbers near by that I could have called, I chose them because of their good rating on Angie’s List and our excellent experience with them I the past. I called at 8:00 am this morning to verify the fact that they would be out to fix the toilet and the time I could expect them. I was told that they could not give me a time, but they would definitely be out to fix the toilet today. I called again at 3:00 pm and was told that I could expect someone around 4:00. I waited in my home all day, afraid to go out lest I miss the plumber. I called again at 4:55 when I still had not heard from the plumber. The receptionist told me that she would check for me. At 5:12 pm, l received a call from the plumber. He called to inform me that he could not make it today. He said that they were a week behind and that I really did not have an emergency. (I never said it was an emergency.) He said that he had been working since 6:00 am and that he was going home. If they were so busy, why did they promise to take care of my problem today? A reputable company would have told me that they could not make it today. We did get a plumber to come out tonight, but it will cost us an extra $50 because it is after hours. Why did he wait until after 5:00 pm to let us know he could not make it? This behavior is not only unprofessional; it is uncaring and plain nasty. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Excellent! I searched Angie's list around 1:30 and called them. Josh arrived at our house at around 3:00 and was completely finished by 3:45. Very helpful, thorough, and professional. I've never had a quicker or better plumbing repair done in my entire life. Thank you!

Joe and Josh did an excellent job. They arrived within the window promised by Narrow Path's office. They worked quickly to resolve the issue and gave us a thorough explanation of the work they were doing and why. In our case we had a significant amount of hair caught in a cast iron trap which was causing a slow drain. They were able to clear the blockage and remove a deteriorating part of the drain system and finished by reassembling the trap and thoroughly cleaning their work area. I highly recommend this company. They appear to be a customer-centric organization.

The two guys they sent seemed to disagree about what was wrong and I felt they did not really fully understand me, when I explained the problem. They got it to light by following lighting instructions (same as I had) but left too quickly to see if it stayed lit (which it did not). They also seemed unsure, if they gave free estimates or not. I ended up getting a new one, because I was tired of dealing with plumbers. The person who booked the appointment was very nice and they were even early for the appointment and polite.

Excellent service and very professional

This is the second or third time I've used this company. This time I called them about 8:30 the morning of when I discovered the water heater was leaking; they were able to come out at 2:30. I really appreciated that they actually did call half an hour ahead so I didn't have to take the whole day off work. They were able to get the repair done using minimal parts; it took about an hour. Would hire again.

He was prompt, professional and courteous. The job was completed with efficiency, and the price was quite reasonable.
