Inspected my house, including the basement and garage. Also inspected the outside of the house and garage. He was very thorough.

We are currently using their service. They come out every month and we pay them on a monthly basis. They are on call and if we experience any insects or pests inside the house, they will come in and treat the inside as well at no additional cost. I think their prices are fair. I think they are thorough. When we do see them and we see them only when they come out, they are always very professional and pleasant. They come out at their leisure. They don't have a set time, but they just come out within that time frame.

This company was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, professional and prompt. A salesperson came to our house within hours of our phone call to give us an estimate. The next day, an exterminator came to dust for carpenter bees. He said he would come back to dust again if we were still seeing bees around our house. But that wasn't necessary. The problem was taken care of.

I was having a problem with large ants getting into my kitchen. Extermital sprayed a couple of times and solved the problem. Very professional and solved the problem with minimal visits.

Selling our house, the buyer's inspector said we needed termite treatment, and "kindly" tried to sell us treatment on the spot. We got three estimates from area companies, and Extermital was both least expensive and most responsive. They completed the work within two days of our quote, and didn't tear up our yard in the process. Would definitely choose them over Terminix who bragged that their prices are the same nationwide, but Dayton's a cheaper market, so don't pay Terminix national prices!

Jim Harris was the company representative who gave me the estimate. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his work, would highly recommend him. He was very thorough in his exam of the house and explained the procedures very well. Workers who come to do the work arrive within the scheduled time window and are professional and pleasant. Very pleased with a task that isn't necessarily a pleasant one.

The exterminators are polite and considerate. It is nice because for the follow-up treatments there is no need for anyone to be home, they will just come by and treat the property and then leave a bill. Also, they have Saturday hours if you do need someone to spray inside an additional time. We have had no problems with this company and will continue to use them in the future.

EXTERMINAL IS A GREAT COMPANY WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING and WHO ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN WHAT THEY DO. THEY ALSO KNOW HOW TO MARKET WELL AND KNOW HOW TO KEEP PEOPLE INFORMED OF ANY DANGERS OR THREATS THAT COULD HAPPEN TO THEIR HOUSE.

WHEN WE FIRST BOUGHT THIS HOUSE, THERE WERE TERMITES FOUND, SO WEVE BEEN USING THESE GUYS EVER SINCE. THEY TOTALLY GOT RID OF THE PROBLEM, AND THEY ARE VERY PERSISTENT ABOUT COMING BACK.

EXTERMITAL IS A VERY REPUTABLE COMPANY, AND MY HUSBAND AND I ARE DEFINITELY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES THEY GAVE US. THEY STILL COME EVERY TWO MONTHS TO INSPECT, AND THAT REASSURES US.

BEFORE WE HIRED THEM WE CALLED AROUND AND THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS FINE. THEY WERE REALLY NICE AND INFORMATIVE TOWARDS US. WE DON'T SEE AS MANY BUGS AS WE USED TO. THE MONTHLY SPRAYING WORKS OUT GOOD.

THEY USUALLY DO A PROFESSIONAL JOB AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEM. RECENTLY I HAD A PROBLEM WITH FLYING ANTS, THEY WERE HERE TWICE TO SPRAY WITH OUT SUCCESS. I SPRAYED ON MY OWN AND THE ANTS ARE GONE.

I HAVEN'T SEEN ANYMORE INSECTS OR SIGNS THAT WE HAVE TERMITES. WE NOTICED A QUICK AND SIGNIFICANT DECREASE IN PESTS, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE HOPING FOR.
