My HVAC unit was serviced by a very skilled, dedicated, courteous technician Jason Mowen. He did an excellent job efficiently inspecting and cleaning the A/C system. I know that my old A/C unit is on its last leg, so I'm starting to shop around for replacing the whole A/C unit soon. I would like to thank ECO tech. Jeremy from Eco Plumbers was wonderful! He was extremely prompt with timing and showed up to our place first thing at 8 which I appreciated! He looked over everything and was very helpful in answering my many questions since I’m a first time home owner. He explained the cost since we were worried about that but we decided to go with the Eco Care program since we knew we would save money that way. It didn’t cost an arm and a leg and he got done with unclogging our drain in about 15 minutes which was also amazing! Can’t recommend him enough and I’m excited to work with Eco Plumbers on our other things like HVAC. It’s nice that they are a one stop shop for most of those things!

From the first call in to schedule, to the end of service, including a well check after the work has been completed, their customer service is absolutely off the charts. Eco is very knowledgeable in their respective fields and if one of them is unsure or needs assistance, there is no hesitating to ask a fellow cohort. They are very professional, friendly, and helpful even if they don't actually do anything on site at that moment. I've used them in the past for miscellaneous reasons and I've always been more than satisfied with their work. The attention to details, the extra suggestions, their pricing, the above and beyond, and again, overall customer service and care. I can't say enough good about them.

My technician was so polite and clear in his explanation of what the problem was. Before he even got started I had full disclosure of visit charges and options for membership. This is a service I have put off for a while for fear of costs ballooning, he put all that fear at ease straight away. The service was fast and excellent.

Out of every offer I've seen from a plumbing, electrician, and hvac company, this company has the best pricing on memberships. As for Dan, I haven't experienced anyone else with the company but I can say I will be asking for him everytime. He even skipped his lunch for us. Lol
