Very pleased! They got someone out the same day. Nicholas arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable. I will definitely go to Eco for any further plumbing needs; and I’ll ask for Nicholas!

I like the first say the scheduling was easy and service tech did an outstanding job. Disappointed, website says $93 for services to unclog one line. Once the tech shows up. The cheapest package was 350. Feel like they mislead consumers, the typical bait and switch.

Nathan was very informative. He detected the issues quick. He gave suggestions for remedies of our leakage problems. 1. The wax ring under the toilet failed and needs replacing. 2. The tub leakage was due to water escaping the shower while someone is using it (User error - damage was done because water escaped and there was not enough caulking around tub needed replacing to prevent the water getting under the flooring). 3. The tub drain, water selector, and the overflow areas needed new gaskets. He offer three estimates for the services we may need. In addition to giving suggestions on something we did not call him in for. Very pleased with his service.

Jacob and his trainee Tanner were very polite and personable. They put on foot coverings to protect my floors especially since it had rained. I used an Angi's Deal which they did not hesitate to honor. They were efficient and the installation did not take long. Also, they were able to come out on short notice! Thanks again!!!

Randal, Nick and Nathan did an excellent job removing the concrete, locating and fixing the cold water pipe that was leaking under the concrete slab in my master bathroom and replacing the concrete where the leak detectors indicated the leak might be found. They were friendly, professional, quick to respond, did quality work and cleaned up the area when they were finished.

Tremendous! Jacob was great and did an outstanding job. Explained my options for the job I wanted done. I selected the job with upgrades to my house plumbing that was nearing 40 yrs old and they went to work. Job was done fast and efficiently and you couldn't even tell they were there except for all the new plumbing and valves. I will be honest, were they the cheapest? NO. Was I pleased with the job I received for the money I paid...YES! I will use EcoPlumbers again for sure.

This was a remarkably good experience. The technician who worked on my repair, Cody, explained everything to me before doing any work, as well as explained what he was doing as he performed each task. Cody, was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to work with. I was actually bowled over with how great it was to work with him—I would have Cody come work on plumbing issues in my home again, though I hope I don’t need to become a frequent customer, lol. I am astonished at the customer service, professionalism, quality, and true innovation of this company. I had an amazing experience with an initial repair and the happiness continued into the second job. I say happiness because eco plumbers has a happiness guarantee….and they certainly delivered! I called at 2pm on a Friday afternoon and Jeff was at more foot at 4pm to give me a thorough and skillful analysis. Super polite and friendly without trying to sell anything i don’t need. And the icing on the cake was Jeff arranging for my work to be done the very next day…on a Saturday. Unheard of. Eco plumbers is doing it right and they will continue to grow without bounds because of it!

We live in an older home that does not have a main line access, and that is built on a slab. Required the toliet being removed to access the line. He worked diligently to get our line clear and get us back in working order. Cleaned well behind him. He was very professional and understanding to our personal situation.

Randy performed a toilet repair for me a couple weeks ago. An Eco Plumbers technician had come the day before and thought he had fixed my issue but it returned that night. I sent in a video and they sent Randy the next day. The additional repair was free of charge. They stand by their customer service guarantee. Randy is very experienced and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem to me and preventive measures. Today he returned to conduct a water heater inspection which is included in their care plan. My unit is at end of life and he explained repair options, replacement types and benefits, and safety repercussions/ damage that could occur. He is very professional, prompt and courteous. The phone team is also very friendly, polite and helpful. They have good appointment confirmation communication. I definitely recommend this company and Randy and will use them again! Thank you!

Bryan was incredible coming out within the hour of our call to come relight our pilot light. They are quick professional service and I cannot recommend Eco enough. We will be using them for any plumbing needs in the future.
