CJS has highly trained and certified HVAC heating technicians. All of our technicians go through a very rigorous drug, and background check as well as intense continuing education classes. This gives our customers the peace of mind in knowing that they have the absolute safest and best team in their home. CJS is proud of the hard work and dedication that it has given the Dayton and Northern Cincinnati area over the last 20 years. That being said, we regret that you were not impressed with our pricing. We do have a process in place for ho we go about completing our repairs and, in this case, we certainly understand where your frustration is coming from. The additional work that your technician did was necessary to complete the repair that was quoted to you but it should have been quoted up front. We can see where the communication broke down. We do want to extend our sincere efforts to make things right by only charging you for what was quoted up front. Your final bill will reflect only that amount that was originally quoted to you. It is our goal to make sure that our customers are safe, happy and comfortable. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to service you and your family."
The CJS folks were wonderful. Scott, the technician, came within two hours of us calling. He was friendly, courteous and very helpful. He took the time to go over what he was going to be doing. After performing the diagnostics he told us that it was going to be a simple fix and then took care of the problem. He discussed with us what we might want to consider for the future with our 25 year old furnace, never pressing for additional work that didn't need to be done. If/when the need arises in the future we will use them again.
