The crew from CertaPro (Shawn was the foreman) arrived on time every day and cleaned up each day when they left. At the end of the day, Shawn always let me know what was completed that day and what would be happening the next day. We had some issues with cold weather, but they organized things so they could be completing the inside work during those times. The painting work was all done well. The drywall repair work was just a spectacular job, very thorough. 
They started by pressure washing the exterior, including some brick which wouldn't be painted. They sanded the areas that needed it and then did a complete job of repainting the exterior, matching their paint to the existing color (at my request). The drywall work inside required some repainting after, and they painted the entire ceiling (in a very large room and hallway) so there would be no issue with paint lines. They moved anything that needed to be moved (and put it back after) and covered everything well, so all our furniture, flooring, etc., was protected. 
Overall, I can't say enough good things about this crew. They were polite, hardworking, and conscientious, and the work was done properly. I would definitely hire them again.

There were some early communication issues with the crew, but overall we were extremely happy with the final stucco repair work. 

The salesperson was very professional and prompt.  The quotation was received at the end of the sales call.  The crew did an excellent job and communicated well.  We were very pleased with the final product. 

I was contacted by Residential Sales Associate when-in 24 hours of calling the company,  about my fence painting job. I met with the sales associate soon after. She was very professional and  provided me with an estimate right away. After signing the contract, I was given a start  week date. The job was started on-time. The crew foreman contacted me when he arrived at my house to verify information and give me the schedule of what would take place. The crew power washed my fence, scraped off old paint, primed and caulked the fence and painted my eighteen year old fence. It looks like new. I would recommend CertaPro for any exterior painting job.

They were prompt and very professional. The follow up was nice.

We originally called CertaPro of Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky.  However, we were out of their area, and we were referred to CertaPro of Dayton.  Their estimate included more work than other estimates we got, yet CertaPro of Dayton came in $600 lower than the lowest estimate of the other companies.  All the CertaPro of Dayton employees were courteous and professional.  We would definitely use them again.

I was very impressed especially during my initial contact with them. Laura, the woman who came out to talk to me and discuss their services, was very professional. I like that she brought a notebook filled with professionally done brochures that contains the information on the paint they use, the colors, and all of their services. It also had a large section of customer service evaluation with the names, and contact numbers of the people who you can contact to make sure of their existence. They guys who came out to paint the house did a great job. They were always prompt. They always left everything very neat and tidy. Trey, the team leader, was always great coming to me at the end of the day, to inform me of the status of the job, where they were, what they were doing, and what they plan to do next. They used a lift to get to the upper story of the house, and it left tire marks on the lawn. Trey, came back out, and filled it with top soil and sod. Now, you cannot tell that anything ever happened to the lawn.

Sales man was knowledgeable and came out to house quickly after we had visited booth at home show. explained exterior painting and power washing process.Talked about crew and jobs not only close to our house but provided a list within a 5 mile radius of our property. Worked with our schedule to plan and perform work. Crew was good, foreman was always looking to please me. They did a great powerwashing and cleaned up a lot of debris; I thought they had removed the debris but I later found it in my trash cans when I went to dump some household trash; I just wish I would have known or OK's it. Painting was done well, although since I have been cleaning out some mulch beds of dead flowers I have found some areas that they missed and I have called them to come back out. Workmanship and guarantee helps to make them stand out more than the other contractors.
We saw 4 painting contractors at this home show and indicated to their lead takerthat we were ready to have the painting done ASAP; CertaPro was the only one that called back the week following the show; I had one that has still not called, one that waiteda month to call and anotherthatactually drove up as Certa Pro was painting and said he was here to quote me. Guess the recsession hasn't hit the painting industry.

Ted was the foreman sent by Certa Pro.  He brought Matt, Kevin, and Andy to do the project.  It took them two days and we are extremely happy with their quality of work.  They were on time, polite, and detail oriented.  They were also very patient when we had concerns on some of the areas.  Their problem-solving attitude was much appreciated.  One thing especially worth mentioning is that they didn't try to hurry the job so they can get to the next assignment.  Originally we were told that the job might just take one day.  When they had to come the second day, they were still very patient and willing to take care of all the details.  Personally, I think Ted is a great leader and he really knows how to make the team work to its best.   Good leader, good team, and jobs get done.

The house looks great. With a little touch-up, the color is even and bright. The crew that painted our house was extremely careful of the landscaping and did very little damage to the numerous plants. They cleaned up thoroughly after each day of work. They went above the call of duty to do a very professional job. We did have a little trouble getting things set up with the central office, but once our crew was assigned, things went smoothly. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

They did a fantastic job.

They were good.  Nothing in particular stood out about them.  The quality of the work was good except towards the end, when they had a young man who didn't scrape as much as he could have.  Other than that, I was happy with the work.  They showed up on time and were professional.

Pleased! One high point was not done as well as rest of house, but satisfied. Side board up high not prepared properly.

They did a very good job, with the painting.  The only problem I had was with the quality of the paint, which I don’t think was good.  I will use them in future.

He was polite, courteous and professional.  He was good. They are a corporation and I wasn't quite sure how concerned they were with detail like someone who was doing job by job. They would do one coat and if I wanted more than I had to multiply that cost. If I wanted baseboards they were like 60 cents per inch so I would have had to multiply that by the number of feet in my baseboards so they were very corporate. I didn't end up using them. They were significantly lower but by the time I got what I wanted I think they would have been more expensive. I didn’t think they would be as detail oriented in the painting.

They gave us a bid and they ended up with 22 houses in the neighborhood to do. They brought in two crews and did an excellent job. We got a special deal because there were so many houses. They were very proactive on getting the work. The crews showed up when they were supposed to and they put in a full day. We were very happy with the finished work and I would absolutely use them again.

The overall project is still in process and the contact has been let to a competing national paint franschise.

Certa Pro Painters were the only ones who showed for an estimate. They were able to match the paint of the house to the shed; they showed up on time and did a nice job given the weather. These guys took one day to paint the shed, trim and all. They were professional and did a great job.

They were very fast, professional and they did a really good job! A much better job then I could have done. They cleaned up their mess and laid plastic on the carpet so they did not ruin my carpet.

THEY WERE ONE OF THE CHEAPER COMPANIES AROUND. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY DID THE WORK QUICKLY. THEY MISSED A COUPLE OF SPOTS DOWN BY THE BASEBOARD SO THEY CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND FIXED IT.

THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL OF SHRUBS AND FLOWERS AT THE BASE OF HOUSE. THEY COVERED THEM WITH DROP CLOTHES. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND STAYED AT THE JOB AS LONG AS THE SUPERVISOR WAS ON HAND. THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND COVER SOME SPOTS THAT WERE MISSED.

THEY DID THE JOB, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND THAT WAS IT. WHAT THEY PAINTED LOOKS PRETTY GOOD, BUT I DIDN'T THINK THIS COMPANY WAS EXCEPTIONAL.
