We have used Certa Pro several times in the past for interior wallpaper removal with drywall repair and paint.  Our home will be going on the market and we wanted to present the best possible look for potential buyers.  Tony and his crew did an outstanding job of removing the wallpaper, patch or repair the walls and paint.  They were prompt, worked hard with very little down time and presented us with an outstanding look for the family room.  They were in and out in less than the estimated time and we couldn't be happier with the result.  The crew cleaned up and moved the furniture back prior to completion of the job.

Best price of three bids. Painter verified color to insure color match before continuing on. Prep work was excellent; clean up daily; excellent communication from salesperson to painter to foreman. House was inspected by foreman upon completion and we walked the entire house to verify our satisfaction. After job follow up by salesperson to ensure satisfaction and offer to return if any issues come up.

Painting crew that came out were very professional.  Communicated well with office staff as to what they would be doing.  They worked around our staff as to not be in our way.  Completed the job on time and cleaned up everything.  No mess left behind.

Everything went great. Friends of ours recommended CertaPro because they had a great experiene and told us who they talked to and who did the work on their house. Laura, who was recommended to us, showed up on time and assisted us in choosing the colors for the trim, sidig and shutters. We explained all those things we were concerned about for the painters to do and she passed those concerns to the painters. We also requested Chad to do the painting and Laura set that up. The painting was scheduled for the next week. Chad and his assistant started the next week and completed it by the end of the week. Great care was taken by the painters to assure paint overlap was minimized and no dripping or plant damage would occur.

We have since recommended CertaPro and specifically Laura and Chad to two of our neighbors and we rarely recommend services to anybody but there was no question here!

I was very pleased with the ease of scheduling my estimate, the professionalism of everyone and the timing of my project.  The crew was very careful of my new landscaping and took extra measures to protect it.  They were extremely neat and that was my biggest concern with hiring a company to paint for me.   I'm extremely happy with the final results.

They did an outstanding job! Not one drop of paint was spilled on our new flooring. It took them less than two days to put two coats of paint on. The wood trim job was very well done.

Very professional. Drew came, gave us an estimate. They called two days later to schedule the job. On July 14 a crew of 4 arrived. Got right to work. Sups. Went and picked up high quality Sherwin Williams paint in the color of our choice. Patched nail holes and sanded imperfections. The crew was very friendly and happy to explain anything we wanted to know. Two coats. Excellent job with no paint drips. Finished that day. Even cleaned my second floor chandelier for me. Cleaned up all their mess. I highly recommend them for their quality, price and professionalism.

The initial meeting was a positive experience.  The representative walked the property, asked questions, and put together a professional quote.  She followed up with a  call before I had made my decision.  And then was very prompt when I called to schedule the project.

The painters were friendly and very efficient.  They had to call off early one day because of rain, but were back to business the following morning.  I was surprised by how quickly they were able to complete the job.  The house looks great!!!  I am very pleased with the final product and would use CertaPro in the future.

They did a great job. The paint was color matched since only one side was painted. The only issue was the weather that held them up. The extra paint was left and an offer to come back at anytime to touch anything missed.

Two painters came. They seemed very inexperienced and not very alert. I never saw their supervisor. Apparently he was at another job. The only place I think they used two coats of paint was on the front porch. There were many thin places. They painted the deck in a single afternoon and only wanted to paint the main part of the deck, not the two smaller parts that were included on the bid. I had to show them the contract to get them to paint all three parts. I don't think they cleaned one part of the deck before they painted it because the power washer was at a different job by then. I don't think any part of the deck got two coats of paint. The workers The local coordinator came to see the thin spots. He argued that because the right amount of paint had been ordered, there must be two coats of paint. Finally he did see what I was talking about and had a subcontractor come put a second coat on those parts of the house. He thought the deck was fine. The deck paint layer is thin and is peeling in at least one place. Certapro was not the lowest bidder for the job and I hired them because of their Angieslist rating. I'm still regretting hiring this company.

The quotation process went smoothly and the painters showed up as scheduled. They were polite and as far as we can tell the work was of good quality.

In the end, CertaPro and the painters were pleasant to deal with, and did an OK job. CertaPro contracts out their jobs but I assume hold all of their painters to similar standards. The reason I cannot provide an "A" rating was attention to detail. When the painters initially suggested they were done, it was early evening and getting dark. While the contract suggests the customer perform the final walk through, the 3 person paint crew said they had walked around the house, everything looked great, and asked for final payment. I declined and asked they come back the next morning for the final walk through. In the morning, I found significant areas which required touch-up, were missed entirely, or paint on door handles and weather stripping. To their credit, they were accommodating and addressed these issues. It required an additional 1.5 - 2 days for touch up, which is significant after they suggested they were "done." There are still a few minor areas where I can see primer or require touch up, but I will address these in the spring when I do routine maintenance...just unfortunate after spending several thousand dollars. As long as you can monitor the work being done, to ensure you get what you pay for, then CertaPro is OK.
