Description of Work: Dropped off my mantle clock at the beginning of October to be serviced. I was told that it would take three to four weeks and that they would call me when it was ready. I called Bruning's on November 17 (A Saturday) to ask about my clock and was told that it had been ready since Monday November 12. I went to the shop, picked up the clock and brought it home. Now it doesn,t chime correctly. Rather than wait another seven to eight weeks for Bruning's to try fix their mistake, I will find a different clock service to use.

Description of Work: We have some antique Grandmother and Grandfather clocks that they have done work on.
