Big Bob’s of Dayton

We went to Big Bob's to shop for carpet in our basement.  We talked to the manager and we were really comfortable with them.  We had already had a few other people out so we knew exactly what we were looking for.  Big Bob's came out to measure and we never heard from them again.
We went to Big Bob's because we had a flyer stating that they would do anything to get our business.  Apparently, that's just not true since they didn't feel the need to contact us again after getting the measurements.

I am not very happy with the work they done. There is a big bubble underneath the floor in the bathroom that stops the door from being opened all of the way. They didn't clean up after themselves at all after the job was completed. I called them to ask them why the job was completed and the guy told me that I had enough material left, that I should be able to do the job myself.

They were clean, professional, and down to earth. They also helped me pick out the flooring. I would highly recommend them.

The sales person was professional and easy to work with. However, the installers were not impressive. They showed up late and left a mess. I had to leave before they finished the job (after 7PM). They will not remove and install toilets nor will they cut doors so be prepared to do this yourself. I had to clean up their mess a) saw dust b) big and small chunks of flooring in my furnace duct work. The flooring was not properly installed in the bath and flexes about 1/4 to 1/2 inch creating a sealing problem around the tub. The caulking job they did was not that good either, I ended up redoing it myself.

THEY ARE NOT ALL THAT PROFESSIONAL OR EFFICIENT WITH THEIR TIME. IF THEY ARE SUPERVISED THINGS GET DONE RIGHT. WE USE THEM BECAUSE THE PRICE IS VERY GOOD.
