He was cleaned up everything when he was done and explained all that he had to do an why, He showed me how the new valves worked that he had to install. Even though the job turned out to be more involved and time consuming than he had originally thought it would be because of the age of the piping, he stuck to the quote he gave me.

Bear was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and pointed out problems that needed to be corrected. The rate was very reasonable . He installed the faucet and after he was gone we noticed it was leaking, he came back out, found it was a faulty faucet, took it out and put another one back in the next evening. We will definitely be using him again soon.

He did call to say he was running late and was able to do the job on the same day as the initial estimate, Rate was very reasonable. Clean-up was good except for a few nails found on the floor.
