Bear came out to unclog a drain and he got that done so fast that he installed a new kitchen faucet and relit the pilot light on my hot water heater!!! Very impressed with these guys. Don't hesitate to call them. Prices are more than fair for a job well done!!

I was contacted almost immediately after submitting my request for plumbing help. Then asked their location in relation to my location. It was a distance, though they service around my area. I asked the cost to just come to me. Was told no fee to come to see what the problem was and was told they would arrive in about a half hour. True to their word, they came, they were pleasant and polite. Diagnosed the problem, a cartridge was needed. The workers left to make the purchase returned and fixed my shower so that Now I have Hot Water. I am so happy/

Both gentlemen were courteous and knowledgeable. They came in the evening to accommodate my work schedule and quickly replaced my shower faucet. Bear also suggested a lower temperature for my water heater and looked at my water softener to make sure it was working properly. I will hire them again!

I found Bear's Home Improvement on Home Advisor at 11:00 this morning. Bear called me at 11:20am and was here at 2:15pm to fix the problem. I wasn't expecting same day service! They were very nice, very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I will call Bear's for all of my future repair needs. I highly recommend them!
